What is ROBOT FIGHT?
ROBOT FIGHT is a physical, wearable-suit battle—not a video game. According to the official attraction page, built-in sensors judge participants’ strikes. The game-like framing includes reducing an opponent’s HP and activating special moves; the venue also describes audience cheering as part of helping a player win.
The attraction is one of four activities announced for The Robot Park Odaiba by operator Robot Ride Inc. The company’s September 25, 2026 announcement says its earlier development-factory trials drew more than 7,000 visitors; that figure is the operator’s promotional claim, not an independently audited count. In the announcement, representative director Daisuke Miyamoto described the goal as making the dream of controlling a giant robot a physical experience: visitors board and move their own arms rather than watching the action on a screen. This is a translation of his Japanese statement.
What else can you do at The Robot Park Odaiba?
- ROBOT RIDE: Pilot an approximately three-metre Skeletonics exoskeleton.
- Cyber KASSEN: Take part in sensor-supported soft-sword combat.
- Robot assembly workshop: Assemble a robot using aluminum parts and tools. Robot Ride says participants can take their assembled work home, but has not specified a kit name or model.
Where is it, and when does it open?
The announced venue is The Robot Park Odaiba, sixth floor, West Building, Aqua City Odaiba, 1-7-1 Daiba, Minato City, Tokyo. The operator lists the location as a one-minute walk from Daiba Station on the Yurikamome line or a six-minute walk from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai line. The opening date announced by Robot Ride Inc. and displayed on the attraction page is October 15, 2026. As of October 3, 2026, that date is still in the future; check the venue’s official page for updates before making plans.

The operator lists the following admission prices. Tokyo-resident rates are also published; check what proof, if any, is required when booking or at the venue.

Who can take part in the battle?
The attraction FAQ sets competitive ROBOT FIGHT eligibility at age 7 or older and height of at least 110 cm. The page says younger or shorter children can still enjoy other listed options, including taking photos in a suit, piloting, Cyber KASSEN and assembly.

The venue recommends comfortable clothing and walking shoes. It warns that sandals or high heels may prevent boarding for safety reasons.
Do you need a reservation?
The operator says advance reservations are not required and lists walk-in reception. The official page warns that visitors may have to wait when the venue is busy, so walk-in admission does not guarantee immediate entry.

Is this the same as the earlier R-FIGHT event?
No. Robot Ride’s December 2024 announcement described an R-FIGHT event at ASOBUILD in Yokohama, beginning that month. Its boxing-style contest used sensor-detected punches, a health bar, special moves and tablet-based audience cheering. That is historical context for the concept, not the current venue listing: the new attraction is ROBOT FIGHT at The Robot Park Odaiba, with its own current opening date and eligibility rules.
