How long does the battery last?
Ultrahuman rates Ring PRO for up to 15 days in Chill Mode and approximately 12 days in Turbo Mode. The company describes Turbo as running every sensor throughout the day, while Chill focuses tracking on sleep and rest. These are rated figures, not guaranteed runtimes; actual battery life can vary with settings, environment, and use, and battery capacity can decline over time.

Will it fit comfortably?
Ultrahuman lists a 2.65 mm thickness and a weight range of 3.3–4.8 g, depending on size. It comes in sizes 5–14 and four finishes: Bionic Gold, Space Silver, Aster Black, and Raw Titanium. The company recommends using its sizing kit because Ring PRO sizing may differ slightly from standard US ring sizes; it says Ring AIR sizes fit the same. Ring PRO is rated by Ultrahuman as water-resistant to 100 m (328 ft).

Comfort is the clearest reservation in the independent reviews covered here. Wareable described the ring as noticeably bulkier and less comfortable than rival rings after wearing it over four to six weeks, including during showers, indoor cycling, and rainy outdoor runs. T3 likewise highlighted size and weight: it lists Ring AIR at 2.4 mm and 2.4 g, compared with Ring PRO at 2.65 mm and 3.3–4.8 g. These are reviewers’ impressions and product measurements, not a universal fit verdict; finger shape and personal tolerance matter.
