These details apply to the listed regional variant; they do not establish that every iron sold under a similar FV5605 or TurboPro name has identical specifications or terms. Tefal Kazakhstan’s FV5605E0 listing is the relevant reference for that version.

Tefal’s regional copy is not consistent about boost output. The Kazakhstan listing and Tefal’s accessories copy for FV5605E0 state 190 g/min, while the Bulgaria model page describes a 200 g/min boost. Other TurboPro-family copy gives 210 g/min for a different anti-calc model. Check the model suffix printed on the iron or packaging and compare it with the local product page or manual. If a retailer uses “FV5605” without a full suffix, confirm the precise variant before relying on a boost specification.

Steam and tank capacity
The listing’s 50 g/min continuous output and 190 g/min boost describe manufacturer-published rates, not an independent assessment of crease removal or how long the iron can sustain steam in everyday use. Soleplate and garment care
Tefal names a Durilium Airglide Autoclean soleplate and lists spray, dry ironing and vertical steaming. Those are useful features to compare when choosing an iron, but the available product information does not establish glide quality, handling comfort or wrinkle-removal results in use. Follow each garment’s care label and the temperature guidance in the manual for your exact model.
Auto shutoff and anti-drip
Auto shutoff and anti-drip protection are listed features, not a substitute for safe handling or a guarantee against every mishap. Use the instructions supplied with the iron and do not leave it unattended while it is in use.

Care and troubleshooting if steam is weak
Tefal’s manual guidance identifies an empty tank, a dirty anti-calc valve or collector, and limescale in the iron as possible reasons for little or no steam. The correct cleaning steps and water guidance depend on the exact model’s instructions.
- Check the water level and refill the tank if it is empty, following the local manual’s water guidance.
- If the tank is not empty, consult the manual for your exact model to identify and clean the relevant anti-calc valve or collector.
- If steam remains weak, follow the manual’s instructions for cleaning the steam chamber and addressing limescale. Do not improvise a descaling method that the manual does not permit.
For vertical steaming, Tefal’s manual cautions against steaming clothing while it is being worn: hang the garment and keep it taut, following the local instructions. Tefal’s manual guidance is the reference for care and safety steps; use the manual provided for the exact regional version.

Check local retailers for current availability rather than relying on a listing from a different market.

- Match the plug and electrical specification to your country and verify the seller’s warranty terms.
- Check the local manual or manufacturer listing for the boost rate and care instructions applicable to that variant.
- Confirm the warranty with the seller or manufacturer in your market. The two-year term is what the Kazakhstan listing states, not a universal guarantee.
For a comparison with another iron, use the same market and compare exact model suffix, continuous and boost steam rates, tank capacity, soleplate, anti-scale maintenance design, auto shutoff, warranty, and local price and availability. Do not assume another FV560x model shares all of the FV5605’s features.

Verdict: a feature-rich listing, not a proven performance result
The FV5605E0 listing describes a capable feature set on paper: 2,600 W power, 50 g/min continuous steam, a 300 ml tank, several ironing modes and auto shutoff. But regional copy disagrees on steam-boost output, and no independent hands-on performance evidence establishes how well the iron removes wrinkles, glides, handles or holds up over time. Whether it is a good purchase therefore depends on the exact local variant, warranty, price and your confidence in the manufacturer’s stated features—not on a verified comparative test.
