Will older SimpliSafe sensors work with it?
Do not assume that sensors from an older SimpliSafe system will pair with a newer one. SimpliSafe’s support information says Original-system sensors do not work with Gen 3. If you are upgrading, identify your existing system and check device compatibility using SimpliSafe’s compatibility guidance before counting old equipment toward the new setup.
