It also lists 605 L of total gross capacity. Gross and usable capacity are different measurements, so 605 L should not be presented as the usable storage figure.

Will it fit in your kitchen?
Fisher & Paykel’s Australian quick reference guide dated 10 March 2026 lists dimensions of 1790 mm high, 905 mm wide and 688 mm deep (H × W × D). The guide specifies minimum clearances of 30 mm at the rear and 20 mm at each side and above.
Measure the full route into the kitchen as well as the intended space. Check the current installation guide for door swing and any other installation conditions, and account for surrounding cabinets and access constraints; the nominal appliance dimensions and minimum clearances alone cannot confirm a workable installation.

For the Australian-market model, the 2026 guide lists energy use of 396 kWh per year and a 4-star energy rating. Fisher & Paykel’s product specification lists estimated in-use emissions of 241.6 kg CO₂e per year. These are Australian figures; do not apply them to versions sold in other markets or to a different market’s energy label.

Which features are specified?
Fisher & Paykel lists ActiveSmart Foodcare, frost-free operation, humidity control, an inverter-controlled compressor, Sabbath mode, LED lighting and an internal replaceable water filter. The guide also lists two fruit and vegetable bins and three full-extension freezer clear bins. The model has a door water dispenser, automatic ice making, an ice-boost function and bottle chill.

These are manufacturer specifications, not independent findings about noise, temperature stability, reliability, ease of use or how long food stays fresh. Fisher & Paykel describes ActiveSmart Foodcare as follows: “ActiveSmart™ Foodcare learns how you live. It is technology which understands how you use your fridge and adjusts temperature, airflow and humidity inside to help keep food fresher for longer.” That is manufacturer wording, not an independently established performance result.
What the Chill setting claim means
Fisher & Paykel says Chill Mode operates from -1.5 to 0°C and claims it can help retain freshness for around three times longer than Fridge Mode. The temperature range and freshness comparison are manufacturer claims; the available evidence does not include independent testing confirming the claimed freshness result.
