An October 8, 2026 update from the deal site SammyGuru reported that four Galaxy S26 models were still discounted on Amazon the day after Prime Big Deal Days ended on October 7. Those four are the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Galaxy S26+, the standard Galaxy S26, and the Galaxy S26 FE. That covers every model in the S26 family that the roundup tracked, but it does not establish that every storage size or color was discounted, and the prices are a snapshot that can change at any time.
Which Galaxy S26 models were still discounted
The October 8 roundup lists one configuration per model. Each price below is the figure SammyGuru reported for Amazon on that date, compared with the list price that SammyGuru cited.

| Model and configuration | Reported Amazon price (Oct. 8, 2026) | Reported list price | Reported saving | Storage and color |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Galaxy S26 Ultra, 256GB | $999.99 | $1,399.99 | $400 (29%) | 256GB, White |
| Galaxy S26+, 512GB | $1,079.99 | $1,399.99 | $320 (23%) | 512GB, Black |
| Galaxy S26, 512GB | $949.99 | $1,199.99 | $250 (21%) | 512GB, Black |
| Galaxy S26 FE, 128GB | $574.99 | $699.99 | $125 (18%) | 128GB, Graphite |
Two things about this table matter more than the discount percentages. First, the list prices are the roundup’s comparison points, not prices verified against Samsung’s current catalogue. Second, each row is a single storage and color combination. A reader who wants a different configuration should not assume it carries the same discount.

Amazon’s own announcement says Prime Big Deal Days 2026 ran October 6 and 7 as a 48-hour event for Prime members. The SammyGuru update, published the day after, says the event had ended but that the phone prices it lists were still active. It also states that Prime membership was not required to see those prices.

Reading the two sources together, the event dates are confirmed by Amazon, but the continued discounts are not. Whether a given price stays live depends on the individual Amazon listing, not on the event calendar. A discount that appeared during the event can be removed, changed, or sold out without any announcement.
Choosing among the four models
The roundup does not rank the phones, so the choice depends on which trade-off matters to you. The notes below use only the storage, price, and feature details the sources report.

Galaxy S26 FE: the lowest upfront price
- The reported price of $574.99 is the lowest in the group.
- Storage is 128GB, half the 256GB of the Ultra listing and a quarter of the 512GB listings.
- The roundup reports a 4,900mAh battery and 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0. These figures come from the deal publisher, not from Samsung’s official specification page, so confirm them there before relying on them.
Galaxy S26 512GB: the lowest price among 512GB models
At $949.99 with 512GB of storage, the standard S26 is the cheapest of the 512GB options in the roundup. If you want the most storage without paying for the Plus or the Ultra, this is the listing to compare first.
Galaxy S26+ 512GB versus Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB
These two are the most direct comparison in the set. The Plus listing costs $80 more than the Ultra listing but offers twice the storage. The Ultra is the only model that AP’s February 2026 launch coverage describes as having Privacy Display, a screen feature that limits visibility from side angles. If that feature matters to you, the Ultra is the relevant listing; if storage matters more, the Plus is the stronger value in this snapshot.

How to verify a listing before you buy
- Open the Amazon listing for the exact model and confirm the storage size and color match the roundup. The price for one configuration does not transfer to another.
- Check the price at the final checkout step, not only the headline figure on the product page.
- Confirm the seller. A listing sold by Amazon and one sold by a third-party seller can carry different prices and return terms.
- Check stock. A discounted listing may show as unavailable or may be sold out before you finish checkout.
- Compare the listed discount against the list price shown on the page. If the reference price has changed, the percentage saving has changed with it.
How much weight to give the roundup
- The prices are reported by SammyGuru in a dated update. They were not independently loaded from Amazon’s checkout pages for this article, so treat them as the roundup’s reported figures.
- SammyGuru discloses affiliate and sponsored partnerships. Its roundups are useful evidence of what was listed on a given date, but readers should keep that commercial relationship in mind.
- The roundup describes the four prices as a snapshot from October 8, 2026. Any later check may show different figures.
Samsung’s own options for comparison
Samsung’s U.S. listing for the Galaxy S26 is a useful reference for what the phone sells for at full price, but it is not a substitute for the Amazon prices above. When checked, Samsung’s listing for the 256GB unlocked S26 showed a $999.99 reference price and a $899.99 current price. The page also displays promotional figures that change dynamically, so the numbers may differ by the time you read this.
Samsung also sells certified renewed phones through Samsung.com under its Certified Re-Newed program. Samsung’s September 14, 2026 newsroom post says the S26 Ultra, S26+, and standard S26 are offered there exclusively, starting at $1,099, $929, and $759 respectively. Each comes with the same one-year limited warranty Samsung offers on new smartphones. The renewed offer does not include the S26 FE. These are starting prices for renewed units, so they are not a like-for-like comparison with new Amazon listings.

Launch prices for context
AP’s February 25, 2026 launch report gave Samsung’s launch prices as $899 for the standard S26, $1,099 for the S26+, and $1,299 for the S26 Ultra. AP said the phones reached stores on March 11, 2026. Those are the original prices, and they are not the comparison figures used in the October roundup.

Are the Galaxy S26 deals still on sale?
For the four models in SammyGuru’s October 8, 2026 update, the answer is yes as of that date. The deals are not an Amazon event promotion that will last, and the reported prices may already have changed. The most reliable way to decide is to check the exact model and configuration you want and confirm the final checkout price, using the steps above.
