Public evidence does not establish how well it performs over time: CHOICE’s visible page lists specifications, but its test results and rating are reserved for members. The Queen listing also had no customer ratings when checked, so there is little public evidence to support a confident verdict on comfort or durability.
What mattress is the Comfort Premium?
The standard Comfort Premium is a high-density foam mattress. Clark Rubber describes it as Australian-made, medium-feel and suitable for everyday use or a spare or kids’ room. The retailer also says the cover is lightweight, breathable, removable and washable, and that the foam has Ultra-Fresh treatment intended to control dust mites, mould, mildew and fungi. These are product and treatment claims from the seller, not independent findings.

Do not confuse it with the separate Comfort Premium+ Memory Foam model. The Premium+ listing describes a memory foam comfort layer; that construction should not be attributed to the standard Comfort Premium reviewed here. The standard range is listed in standard and caravan sizes. Clark Rubber’s Queen listing is the relevant place to check its current size and availability.

CHOICE’s public page describes an in-store, double-size foam mattress and lists the specifications below. They are for that double model, not a verified specification sheet for the Queen.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. - Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.

CHOICE does not show its expert rating or results for support when new, support over time, stability, sagging resistance, breathability, wear resistance or warmth on the public page. The available information therefore does not establish a score, recommendation, or test-based conclusion about support and durability. See CHOICE’s Comfort Premium page for the visible specifications and membership-gated results.
What do customer reviews say—and what can they tell you?
At the time the public sources were checked, the Queen product page showed zero reviews. ProductReview.com.au’s double-model page displayed two accounts. That is too small a sample to establish a general customer experience or a reliable pattern.

- One reviewer who bought a mattress in July 2026 described a strong chemical smell after unpacking and said it was returned to its plastic cover. Clark Rubber replied that foam products can sometimes have an initial smell and recommended airing the mattress in a well-ventilated area. This is one customer report and a retailer response, not evidence of how often the issue occurs.
- A verified reviewer who used a double in a caravan described custom cutting, a removable zippered cover and a feel they considered medium to firm. That is an individual impression, not a controlled firmness measurement or a guarantee that another size will fit a caravan.
How much does the Queen cost, and what about the warranty?
The Queen listing showed a sale price of $489, reduced from $615, when checked. Prices and stock can change, so verify the current listing before ordering. Delivery is treated as a large, heavy item and charges apply regardless of the total order value; click and collect depends on store availability.

The same listing has conflicting warranty information: an image badge says “1 year warranty,” while the page text says “5-year warranty.” Do not rely on either term until Clark Rubber confirms in writing which warranty applies to the specific mattress and purchase.

How do you clean the mattress and cover?
Clark Rubber’s 2025 care guide identifies the core as polyurethane foam and the cover as polyester and TENCEL. It gives different instructions for each part:
Foam core
- Do not machine wash. Sponge-clean with a damp cloth; avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
- Line-dry in the shade. Do not wring or dry-clean the core, and make sure it is thoroughly dry before reuse or storage.
Removable cover
- Wash separately on a warm, gentle machine cycle or hand-wash separately.
- Do not bleach, tumble-dry, iron or dry-clean. Treat spots promptly and avoid saturating the fabric.
How should you decide whether it suits you?
The Comfort Premium may be worth considering if you want a foam mattress sold in a range that includes caravan sizes and value a removable cover. The evidence available publicly is not enough to recommend it on measured comfort, support or longevity. Before buying, check the details that determine whether it will work in your room or vehicle:

- Height and handling: Confirm the exact model’s thickness and weight, especially if access, storage or changing sheets is difficult. CHOICE’s 15 cm thickness and 13 kg weight refer to the double model listed there.
- Cover and upkeep: Check that the removable cover on the size you intend to buy suits your needs, and follow the care guide for the foam and fabric.
- Total cost and recourse: Ask for delivery charges, return or trial terms, and written confirmation of the applicable warranty before paying.
- Evidence: Treat the retailer’s description as a claim and the two public double reviews as anecdotes; the publicly visible CHOICE information does not provide performance results.
