Which 75-inch Hisense U7 is it?
The listings do not consistently identify the same software platform. Hisense’s official deal page names the 75U75QG as a U7 Series MiniLED ULED 4K Google TV. Gizmodo describes a U7 Fire TV variant. The deal reports therefore should not be treated as proof that the Google TV and Fire TV listings share an exact SKU or identical specifications.
Before ordering, match the full model code on the retailer page to the product you intend to buy. Confirm whether it runs Google TV or Fire TV, who is selling it, and whether the displayed price and Prime offer apply to your account. The headline’s IMAX Enhanced claim appears in Technobezz’s feature list; Hisense’s captured deal-page text confirms the 75-inch U7 listing but does not itself establish that feature for that listing. Verify it against the exact model if IMAX Enhanced is a deciding requirement.

The quick response helps you stay in control during competitive gaming while making rapid camera shots in shows and movies easier to follow
- BUILT-IN SUBWOOFER: Immersive deep bass from the built-in subwoofer pulls you into the heart of the moment, from the rumble of an explosion to the thump of your favorite song. Feel like you’re a part of the action

- UNIBODY SLIM DESIGN: Edge-to-edge display and a seamless design that disappears into your room — so all you see is the picture
Is the discount a good deal?
The 50% figure is based on comparing the event price with a stated $1,999.99 reference price. That alone does not show how often the TV sells for the reference price. Technobezz reported its own price-history averages for the listing it covered:

| 180 days | $1,333.38 |
These are averages reported by Technobezz, not independently verified price-history data. They give more context than the list-price comparison, but do not establish the current offer’s value for a different model or seller. Compare the live price and exact SKU with the TV you would otherwise buy, rather than relying on the percentage-off label alone.

Gizmodo describes its Fire TV variant as having Mini-LED backlighting, Hi-QLED, an anti-glare layer, an AI processor, gaming settings and VRR, plus Fire TV with Alexa. What to check before you buy
- Model and platform: Verify the complete model code and whether the listing is for Google TV or Fire TV.
- Final price and eligibility: Confirm the checkout price, whether a Prime membership is required, and whether the deal is still active.
- Seller and availability: Check who fulfills the order and whether the item is in stock.
- Specifications that matter to you: Confirm refresh rate, HDR formats, glare treatment and IMAX Enhanced support for that exact model.
- Room fit: Consider whether a 75-inch screen suits your viewing distance and whether the room’s glare or brightness needs make anti-reflection and brightness specifications important.
The available coverage consists of deal reporting and a manufacturer listing, not independent hands-on testing. It does not establish picture quality, reliability, sound quality or comparative performance against other TVs.
