No—T-Mobile’s iPhone 18 Pro offer was not dead as of October 3, 2026. Its offers page advertised up to $1,000 off, but that maximum depends on qualifying service and an eligible trade-in or new-line offer. The discount arrives as monthly bill credits, not an unconditional $1,000 upfront reduction.
What T-Mobile’s current iPhone 18 Pro offer includes
T-Mobile’s offers page, checked October 3, 2026, advertised up to $1,000 off the iPhone 18 Pro. T-Mobile’s promotion records list two October 1 offers with a maximum of $1,000: trade-in offer ID260960 (code R950) and new-service offer ID260983 (code R954). These are separate paths, not one universal promotion; the code and eligibility that apply depend on your purchase route and account.

The consumer page’s examples include a $1,000 credit for an iPhone 16 trade-in and lower amounts for some older eligible devices. Check the current eligible-device list and the offer shown for your account before trading in a phone. T-Mobile labels the promotion limited-time and subject to change.

T-Mobile’s displayed terms refer to Experience Beyond 2.0 for new and existing customers, and Experience Beyond or Go5G Next for existing members. They also describe qualifying service, an eligible trade-in, and a new-line or port-in route. The dated promotion records specify offer-specific plan thresholds and codes, so these terms should not be treated as interchangeable. Confirm the offer attached to your account and the resulting credit amount at checkout.

- Trading in a phone: Check that the model and condition qualify for the trade-in offer and confirm its quoted value.
- Starting service or bringing a number: Check whether the new-service offer requires a qualifying plan, a new line, or a port-in for your situation.
- Already a T-Mobile customer: Verify which plan and upgrade or trade-in path the current offer permits; eligibility for one route does not establish eligibility for another.
How the $1,000 discount is paid
T-Mobile applies the advertised savings as monthly bill credits over up to 36 months. That means you generally need to keep qualifying service active long enough to receive the credits. T-Mobile warns that cancelling the full account before all credits are applied can stop future credits and make the remaining financed balance due. Paying off the device early can also end the credits.
T-Mobile says taxes are based on the pre-credit price, and a $35 device connection charge may apply. Review the checkout summary for taxes, any device charge, the financed amount, and the credit schedule before agreeing to the purchase.

How to check the offer before buying
- Open T-Mobile’s offers page and find the iPhone 18 Pro offer. Confirm it is still displayed and read the linked terms.
- Choose your route—trade-in, new service, or port-in—and sign in or enter the details requested for your account.
- Verify plan and device eligibility. Check the exact plan requirement, eligible trade-in model and condition, and any new-line requirement shown for that offer.
- Read the checkout breakdown. Confirm the offer code or named promotion, total bill credits, monthly device payments, taxes, and device connection charge.
- Compare the long-term cost with keeping your current plan or buying the phone another way. Include service costs and how long you expect to keep the line, not just the advertised maximum.
Is the deal worth it for you?
The offer is most compelling if you already want or need the qualifying T-Mobile service, have a trade-in or new-line route that qualifies, and expect to keep the account through the credit period. The headline discount alone does not show whether switching plans or adding a line saves money overall. Compare the plan’s monthly price, taxes and fees, trade-in value, device charge, credit timing, and the cost of service over the time you expect to stay.
Buying through Apple is a separate checkout
Apple’s iPhone store page displayed up to $1,000 for an eligible T-Mobile trade-in, but an Apple checkout is not proof that a purchase qualifies for every T-Mobile promotion. Compare the specific terms shown at Apple and T-Mobile before ordering. Apple says Apple Card Monthly Installments require approval, and an iPhone bought with ACMI is unlocked; those financing and unlock terms do not establish T-Mobile bill-credit eligibility.

Why some reports say the offer ended
T-Mobile’s archive lists an earlier offer of up to $1,100 that ended September 11, 2026. That historical promotion is different from the up-to-$1,000 offers listed from October 1. Its end date does not show that the current $1,000 offer has ended.
