There is no verified evidence here of a current public hotspot service called “King Wifi” that anyone can use for free. The name is ambiguous: it has been used for a historical mobile-router rental, an RV Wi-Fi device, and a home-network management app. Check the exact operator or product name before assuming it offers free internet.
What “King Wifi” could mean
The name alone does not identify one service. The available information points to several separate offerings, and none establishes a current, free public hotspot network:

- A public hotspot network: An August 2026 article asserts that King Wifi is a hotspot network, but the available passage does not identify an operator, coverage map, or service terms. That is not enough to verify that such a service currently exists or is free. See the article.
- KINGWiFi mobile-router rental: GLANZ announced this service in 2018. Its advertised plans and promotions are historical and do not establish today’s availability or terms. Read GLANZ’s announcement.
- KING WiFiMax II: This is a physical router/range extender for RV and mobile use. It connects to an existing Wi-Fi source and creates a private network; it does not itself supply free internet access. See KING Connect’s product description.
- Kingdom WiFi: This is an app for subscribers to manage a home Wi-Fi network, including its name, password, and controls. It is not evidence of a public hotspot service. View the app listing.
What the 2018 KINGWiFi offer included
GLANZ’s announcement, dated July 31, 2018, said the mobile Wi-Fi router rental would launch on August 1. It described unlimited-data plans, a SIM-only option, a 30-day refund guarantee, and two cancellation structures. One plan was described as cancellable from the day after contracting; another allowed cancellation without charge after two years and had a monthly fee approximately 10% lower. These are claims from that announcement, not verified current terms. GLANZ’s 2018 release.
The referral promotion was not a general free offer
The release promoted a possible monthly fee of 1 yen after qualifying referrals. Discounts increased with referrals, and the announcement said four or more could reduce the monthly fee to 1 yen. It also noted restrictions and that options were not discounted. This was a conditional promotion in 2018—not proof that the service was free, nor an indication that the offer remains available. See the dated promotion details.

How to check a network before connecting
If you found a Wi-Fi network labeled “King Wifi,” do not infer its owner, price, or safety from the name. Confirm the exact operator through the venue, an official service page, or the network’s sign-in page. Before entering payment details or personal information, verify the terms and that the page belongs to that operator. The available evidence does not establish a current operator, coverage area, price, or availability for a public service by this name.

What to verify before treating it as an offer
- Exact name and operator: Distinguish “KINGWiFi” from “KING WiFiMax II” and “Kingdom WiFi.”
- Current service terms: Look for current pricing, data limits, contract length, cancellation rules, and refund terms on the operator’s own site.
- What is being provided: A router can share an existing connection, but that is different from a service that provides internet access.
- Geography and availability: Confirm where the service operates and whether sign-up or access is currently offered in your location.
