You need confirmation of immediate stock
Call before travelling and ask for the exact model, storage tier and color. Realme India identifies several official store categories, but store inventory changes quickly and the live locator may not show every local result at all times. Warranty claims and repair logistics
Realme India’s warranty-claim FAQ, updated on 2024-12-09, advises taking a valid purchase invoice and the original box to a service center. Its repair page describes online application and pickup-and-drop service. The page says two-way courier is free only for in-warranty cases, and availability depends on the product, address and eligibility. Treat pickup as an option to confirm, not a service that every buyer receives automatically.
