Their prices, creators, gameplay and purchase systems are unrelated.

The 40-level platformer and the mobile RPG are not alternate editions of the Roblox game. Installing one does not give access to the others, and progress or purchases should not be assumed to transfer between them.

Original Dungeon Quest
The official Roblox listing presents Dungeon Quest! RPG Adventure as a team-based role-playing experience. Its feature copy includes the instruction “Explore 17 unique dungeons,” along with distinct classes, loot, weapons, armor and cosmetic items. The 17-dungeon figure belongs to this Roblox listing and should not be applied to the mobile or Xbox titles.

That listing’s retrieved result reported no running experiences at the time it was checked. Consequently, the listing establishes the game’s described content, but it does not prove that the original experience was playable at that moment. If the page still appears in search, check its live Roblox status rather than treating the search result as a guarantee of access.
Dungeon Quest Reborn
Reborn is presented as a separate Roblox experience intended to bring back the original game. Its description mentions quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes, ongoing updates and new content. The page identifies Delta Quarters OG as creator and says the experience is officially licensed by Voldex.
The Reborn page was active when checked, so it is the more relevant listing for someone trying to play a currently available Roblox version. “Reborn” is not merely a paid upgrade tier inside the old listing; use the Reborn page when that is the experience you intend to enter.

What “free to play” means on Roblox
For the Roblox listings, the evidence supports an access model through Roblox rather than a separately sold boxed or paid edition. The official pages retrieved for the original game and Reborn do not show a required purchase price for the experience itself.
That does not mean every feature is necessarily free. Third-party sources describe optional game passes for the Roblox games. Their information is version-specific: one page covers the original experience and another covers Reborn. Because passes, offers and Robux prices can change, those pages should not be merged into one permanent price list or treated as official live pricing.
Check the live cost before buying
- Open the exact Roblox experience page, checking whether the creator and title match the version you want.
- Enter the experience and open its current Shop or game-pass panel.
- Read the item description, price in Robux and any stated benefit before confirming.
- For Reborn, remember that the dated third-party guide says its four gameplay passes can also be bought with in-game Gold; verify that option in the live Shop because availability can change.
- Confirm the purchase account and currency. A pass bought for one Roblox experience should not be assumed to apply to another experience with a similar name.
A third-party Reborn guide says it checked its prices on October 11, 2026. Treat that as a dated snapshot, not a guarantee of the price you will see today. The same caution applies to older pages about the original game.

- Loot, weapons and armor earned through the game’s progression.
- Cosmetic items, which are separate from the core description of combat equipment.
The listing supplies a high-level feature set, not a promise that every named feature is available in every current build. Roblox experiences can be updated, renamed or temporarily unavailable, so use the live page and in-game menus for current dungeon and item details.

- New content beyond the original presentation.
- The same general Roblox-based access model, with optional purchases described separately by third-party coverage.
The Reborn listing’s licensing statement identifies Voldex as the licensor, while Delta Quarters OG is named as creator. That attribution distinguishes it from similarly titled games on other platforms.
Windows and Xbox platformer
The Xbox store pages describe a separate 2D platformer developed by Well Andrade and published by Well Game Studio. Its advertised scope is 40 handcrafted levels. The retrieved US Windows and Xbox Series listings each showed a $4.99 price. Storefront currency, taxes, promotions and regional availability can change the amount shown to a particular buyer.

This game is a conventional paid download, not the Roblox dungeon crawler. Buying it will not provide Roblox classes, the 17-dungeon structure or Reborn content.
Mobile offline RPG
The App Store and Google Play descriptions identify another game as an offline action RPG and label it free-to-play. Apple’s listing says it has no content or pay walls and lists Premium Stash at $4.99. “Free-to-play” here describes the mobile app’s own model; it is not evidence about either Roblox experience.
Which version should you choose?

Search by platform, creator and description rather than title alone. “Dungeon Quest” in a result title is not enough to establish that you have found the Roblox game.

Costs, account requirements and purchase risks
Roblox expenses
No separate paid-edition price is stated in the retrieved official Roblox listings. Any spending associated with the Roblox versions comes from optional features such as game passes, and the available pass information is not a single authoritative, permanent price sheet. Robux prices and offers can be revised without changing the game’s name.

Xbox and Windows expenses
The $4.99 figure is the price shown in the retrieved US store pages for the Windows and Xbox Series platformer. It is not a universal worldwide price and may exclude local taxes. Check the store page for your account’s region before purchase.
Mobile expenses
The mobile game is presented as free-to-play, but free download does not mean that every optional item costs nothing. The Apple listing’s Premium Stash price is $4.99. Android pricing, taxes and available offers can differ, so use the purchase dialog in your own store as the final amount.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Confusing platforms: Roblox, Xbox/Windows and mobile listings describe different games. Verify the platform icon and developer or creator.
- Assigning 17 dungeons to every version: That number comes from the official Roblox listing only.
- Assigning 40 levels to the Roblox RPG: Forty handcrafted levels belongs to the unrelated 2D platformer.
- Quoting an old game-pass price: Third-party pass pages are version-specific and can age quickly. Use the live Shop.
- Assuming the original listing is playable: The retrieved result showed no running experiences at that time. Check current status.

Bottom line for a buyer in 2026
If your search is about the Roblox RPG, there is no separately priced edition shown by the official listings: access is through Roblox, while optional game passes may cost Robux. If the result is on Xbox or Windows, you are looking at a separate 2D platformer listed at $4.99 in the retrieved US storefront pages. Confirm the exact listing and live store price before downloading or paying.
