The daily team changes at midnight in your own time zone. That means two players in different time zones may see their next team at different moments, even though the site describes the daily challenge itself as shared among players.
How to play Daily Red on a phone
Mobile play means opening the website in a mobile browser. The official page says there is nothing to install, and independent coverage from VICE, published October 12, 2026, likewise directs players to the website instead of an app download.

Since the team resets at midnight in the player’s own time zone, the changeover is local rather than tied to one globally stated clock time.
That timing matters if you play near midnight. A battle begun before the reset follows the site’s interrupted-battle rule if you leave, while the newly available daily team appears after the reset in your time zone.
