1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesShort answer: IRL Pro is documented as an Android app for broadcasting a live feed to a stream key over RTMP or SRT. Its guide does not document playing or looping stored video files, so the available evidence does not establish that IRL Pro by itself can run prerecorded YouTube videos 24/7. For that specific job, YouTube lists Gyre as a cloud-based prerecorded-streaming tool; StreamNeo is another cloud option built to loop uploaded videos on YouTube.
What IRL Pro is documented to do
Enhanced IRL’s IRL Pro broadcasting guide describes an Android app that sends a feed to a stream key using RTMP or SRT. You choose a protocol for the key and configure IRL Pro to use the same one. The guide says SRT is preferable to RTMP when the network is unstable or you are moving, but IRL Pro uses one connection and does not provide bonding.

That is an encoder workflow: it transmits a feed. It is not documentation of a media player that selects a file, repeats it, and keeps a YouTube broadcast going. The guide does not establish prerecorded-file playback, playlisting, or looping in the app. For this use case, do not treat the ability to broadcast to a stream key as proof that IRL Pro can serve as a 24/7 video player.

What a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube stream needs
YouTube describes an encoder as software or hardware that sends a video feed to its live service. The encoder uses YouTube’s server URL and stream key to connect. That explains the role of a tool like IRL Pro, but a prerecorded 24/7 channel also needs a reliable source that plays and repeats the video, plus a way to keep the stream session running and recover from interruptions.

YouTube’s encoder guidance identifies Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 live streaming of prerecorded videos. That establishes that Gyre is relevant to this specific workflow; check its current features, pricing, and terms directly before choosing it. It does not establish a prerecorded-video workflow for IRL Pro.
Can IRL Pro work as part of another setup?
Possibly, but the reviewed documentation does not establish a working IRL Pro-to-cloud-to-YouTube workflow for prerecorded files. Enhanced IRL’s separate explanation of cloud OBS distinguishes two keys: an encoder input key sends a feed into the service, while the platform output key sends the service’s feed onward to YouTube or another destination. Keep those roles separate if configuring a relay or cloud encoder; a key for one side is not automatically the key for the other. See Enhanced IRL’s output-to-platform guide.

A cloud-hosted OBS instance is not automatically a 24/7 solution either. IRLToolkit’s Quick Start Guide documents a 10-minute idle shutdown and a 50-hour maximum session, and directs users to support for inquiries about 24/7 uptime. Those are vendor-documented operational limits, not a guarantee of seamless continuous streaming. Confirm session duration, idle behavior, restart handling, and monitoring with any host before relying on it.
Choosing a practical route
| Option | Prerecorded playback established? | Where it runs | Continuity considerations |
|---|---|---|---|
| IRL Pro alone | Not documented in the reviewed guide | Android app | Guide describes broadcasting over one connection without bonding; it does not document continuous file playback or recovery. |
| Cloud OBS via IRLToolkit | Not established by the quick-start guide | Cloud-hosted OBS instance | Guide documents 10-minute idle shutdown and a 50-hour maximum session; contact support about 24/7 uptime. |
| Gyre | YouTube’s verified encoder listing describes it for 24/7 prerecorded-video streams | Cloud-based | Check current service features, pricing, and terms directly. |
| StreamNeo | Yes: it loops uploaded videos and playlists for YouTube | Cloud service | Automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream; your computer does not need to stay on. |
StreamNeo is the first option to consider when you want a YouTube stream to keep playing prerecorded uploads from the cloud: any quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, with the first day free. Details are at StreamNeo.

Reliability checks before you go live
Whichever service you choose, verify the actual continuity behavior rather than inferring it from labels such as “cloud” or “24/7.” YouTube recommends monitoring audio and video quality, leaving upload-bandwidth headroom, and testing the setup before relying on it. Its advice is in YouTube live streaming tips and Streaming tips.

- Confirm that the service explicitly supports prerecorded files and looping, not just forwarding a live encoder feed.
- Check session limits, idle timeouts, automatic restart or recovery behavior, and whether a person must intervene.
- Test the YouTube stream and listen to its audio; verify that the intended video is playing and that the stream remains stable.
- For any relay setup, confirm which stream key is the input and which is the YouTube output key.
Verdict
IRL Pro may be useful when you need an Android encoder to send a live feed via RTMP or SRT, but the documentation reviewed does not show that it can play and loop prerecorded files. For a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube channel, choose a service whose file playback and continuity features are explicitly documented, and verify its current limits before depending on it.
