The India price snapshot lists the iQOO Z11 12GB/256GB at ₹49,999 and the TECNO CAMON 50 Ultra at ₹39,998—a ₹10,001 gap in TECNO’s favor. On listed hardware, the iQOO has a slightly larger display and higher battery capacity; TECNO adds a dedicated 3x optical telephoto camera and advertises a longer software-update promise. Neither phone is an established overall winner without a controlled hands-on comparison.

Display: similar refresh rates, different listed details
Both manufacturers list 144Hz refresh rates. iQOO specifies a 6.83-inch screen, 0.05 inch larger than TECNO’s 6.78-inch display. TECNO additionally describes its display as curved AMOLED with 1.5K resolution. Those specifications do not establish which screen looks better in everyday use; brightness, color, reflections, and viewing comfort need direct comparison.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
iQOO lists a 7,050mAh typical capacity and 6,850mAh rated capacity, while TECNO lists 6,500mAh and notes that capacity varies by region. The capacities make the iQOO figure larger on paper, but they do not establish which phone lasts longer. Screen use, network conditions, software, and workload affect endurance.

TECNO’s advertised rear setup includes a dedicated 50MP 3x optical telephoto camera as well as a 50MP main camera and 8MP ultrawide. iQOO lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide, and a 32MP front camera. That gives TECNO a clearly listed telephoto option, while iQOO explicitly lists OIS for its main camera.

Camera count and megapixel ratings alone cannot determine photo quality. The cited specifications do not establish results for low-light photos, portraits, video, stabilization, or image processing, and the listed hardware is not a head-to-head camera test.
Software updates: only TECNO states a specific promise
TECNO advertises five years of Android OS updates across three generations. It says rollout is subject to device specifications and market availability. iQOO says the number of OS upgrades and years of security updates for India will be confirmed, so its support terms cannot be treated as equivalent to TECNO’s stated promise. An advertised policy is not proof that every update will arrive on the same schedule in every market.

- Compatible with Vivo iQOO Z11 Turbo 5G Phone Case Cover
- This phone case features a dual-stand design with a magnetic ring, compatible with magnetic car mounts.
- Supports 360° rotation and 90° support. The foldable multi-functional stand accommodates both landscape and portrait modes. The dual-stand design frees your hands for greater convenience.
- Constructed with a TPU+PC 2-in-1 structure for a comfortable, non-slip grip. Features a sliding camera cover and a 0.2mm raised bezel for impact protection around the lens.
- Precision cutouts ensure all ports, buttons, and camera functions remain fully accessible. Raised bezels around the screen and camera keep these components elevated from surfaces, providing all-around protection.
Durability claims: resistance is not waterproofing
Both brands describe ratings based on controlled testing. iQOO cites IP68/IP69 under IEC 60529-2013 and describes controlled test conditions. TECNO lists IP66/IP68/IP69 under IEC 60529:2019 and IP69K under ISO 20653:2023, also under controlled lab conditions. Both warn that resistance is not permanent and that liquid damage is excluded from warranty. Do not treat either phone as waterproof or deliberately expose it to water; check the manufacturer’s terms for the applicable region.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the TECNO CAMON 50 Ultra if its live, exact-variant price retains the snapshot’s lower position, or if a dedicated 3x optical telephoto camera and TECNO’s stated update promise matter most to you.
- Consider the iQOO Z11 if you prefer its slightly larger listed screen, higher stated battery capacity, or explicitly listed OIS on the main camera—and its current price and configuration work for you.
- Compare local versions carefully if buying outside India. Regional battery capacity, network bands, memory configurations, warranty coverage, and pricing may differ.
For gaming performance, real-world battery life, camera output, software smoothness, or service quality, these specification pages do not establish a winner. Those questions require reliable testing of the same regional versions under comparable conditions.
