Which phone has the better display?
Both phones use 6.72-inch LCD panels with FHD+ resolution. The P4x is specified at up to 144 Hz, compared with 120 Hz for the Z10x. A higher refresh ceiling can make supported scrolling and animation appear smoother, but the specifications do not show how often either phone reaches its maximum or how the screens compare in brightness, color or outdoor visibility.

Its 7,000 mAh typical capacity is larger than the Z10x’s 6,500 mAh typical capacity. That is a capacity comparison, not a measured battery-life result: screen settings, network conditions, workload and software all affect runtime. The P4x page also lists a 6,830 mAh rated capacity; typical and rated figures are different measures and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Which has better performance and charging?
The P4x lists a Dimensity 7400 Ultra, while the Z10x lists a Dimensity 7300. That gives the P4x the stronger chipset specification on paper, but no controlled head-to-head benchmark or everyday-use test is available here to quantify the difference. Charging is similarly close by rating: 45 W on the P4x and 44 W FlashCharge on the Z10x. Those figures do not guarantee a particular charging time, which can vary with temperature, battery level, charger and cable.
Are the cameras different?
Each phone lists a 50 MP main rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. The Z10x also lists a 2 MP bokeh rear camera, while the P4x lists a 50 MP rear camera. These headline specifications are not enough to determine which takes better photos or video; that requires comparable sample images and testing across conditions.

What is the price difference in India?
Smartprix’s comparison page showed ₹27,986 for the iQOO Z10x and ₹21,999 for the realme P4x in a price snapshot updated September 17, 2026. These are retailer-tracked figures from that date, not current guaranteed checkout prices or necessarily like-for-like configurations. Prices may reflect different sellers, variants or promotions. Check the current listings and match RAM and storage before calculating a price gap. See Smartprix’s dated comparison snapshot.
For historical context, iQOO announced a launch starting price of INR 12,499 for the Z10x 6 GB + 128 GB variant on April 11, 2025, with availability from April 22 through Amazon.in and iQOO’s e-store. That is a launch price, not a current price. iQOO’s launch announcement does not establish an official P4x launch price, so an official launch-to-launch price comparison cannot be made from these figures.

Choose the realme P4x if
- You want the higher listed refresh rate and larger typical battery capacity.
- You prefer the newer, higher-tier named chipset specification.
- The exact P4x configuration costs less than the Z10x configuration you are considering.
Choose the iQOO Z10x if
- You value iQOO’s stated policy of two Android upgrades and three years of security updates.
- You find it at a better price for the same RAM and storage capacity.
- You are satisfied with a 120 Hz display, 6,500 mAh typical battery and 44 W charging rating.
On listed hardware alone, the P4x has the edge. For a purchase decision, compare current, variant-matched prices and weigh that edge against iQOO’s explicitly stated update commitment. Neither the chipset names nor battery capacities establish which phone will feel faster or last longer in your own use.
