The official listings reviewed show the V70 at a higher price, but they are not a like-for-like storage comparison. iQOO’s compare page listed the Neo 10R 8GB+128GB at ₹31,999; a separate iQOO live listing showed the same nominal configuration at a discounted ₹26,999. The vivo India store listed the V70 8GB+256GB at ₹59,999, with ₹65,999 crossed out.

Why the Neo 10R suits gaming-focused buyers
On the listed chipset tiers, the Neo 10R is positioned as the stronger performance-value option: iQOO specifies a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. The normal-use refresh rate is listed as 120Hz, while 144Hz is available only in selected supported games. That is not a promise of 144Hz in every app or game, nor a measurement of sustained frame rates.
The V70’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and up-to-120Hz 6.59-inch screen make it the more compact option on paper. No controlled benchmark or sustained-gaming comparison is established here, so chipset and refresh-rate specifications should guide shortlisting rather than be treated as proof of real-world stability.

Storage variant matters
iQOO specifies UFS 3.1 storage for the Neo 10R 128GB edition and UFS 4.1 for the 256GB edition. Do not apply the faster storage specification to every Neo 10R configuration. The cited iQOO pages do not establish an update-support duration for the phone.
Which phone has the more versatile cameras?
V70: dedicated telephoto reach
The V70 has a dedicated 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3× optical zoom, alongside its OIS main camera and ultrawide. It also lists 4K video recording at 60fps. That gives it a hardware advantage when a separate telephoto view or optical reach matters.

Neo 10R: main and ultrawide cameras
The Neo 10R lists a 50MP OIS main camera, an 8MP ultrawide and a 32MP front camera. It does not list a dedicated telephoto module in the cited specification. The V70’s 50MP front camera has higher listed resolution, but megapixel counts and lens specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos or video; that requires direct comparison under matching conditions. The V70 lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W charging; the Neo 10R lists 6400mAh typical and 80W. The capacity and wattage differences are modest on paper. vivo says the V70 receives six years of security updates. Outside Europe, vivo calculates that period from the product’s launch in the country or region of purchase. The cited iQOO pages do not state a comparable support period for the Neo 10R, so the available information does not support a duration comparison. Which should you buy?
- Choose the iQOO Neo 10R if a lower listed price, larger display and gaming-focused specifications are your priorities. Compare the exact memory and storage variant, and treat the 144Hz figure as limited to selected supported games.
- Choose the vivo V70 if you value a dedicated telephoto camera, the explicitly listed IP68/IP69 ratings, a smaller display or vivo’s stated security-update commitment enough to pay more. Its 8GB+256GB listing is not directly matched by the Neo 10R 8GB+128GB prices.
