Which phone is better for performance and gaming?
The Neo 10 is the performance-oriented choice based on the listed processor: iQOO specifies the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while the V70 FE is listed with a Dimensity 7360 Turbo. The Neo 10 also advertises a display refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, but iQOO says that mode applies in some supported game scenarios. That specification does not establish a particular frame rate or advantage in every game or task.

Which has the better display?
The V70 FE has the slightly larger listed screen: 6.83 inches versus 6.78 inches on the Neo 10. Vivo specifies an AMOLED panel with 2800 × 1260 resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. iQOO lists up to 144 Hz for the Neo 10, with that maximum applying in some supported game scenarios. Choose based on whether you prefer the V70 FE’s larger stated size or the Neo 10’s higher conditional refresh-rate ceiling; these figures alone do not establish which screen looks better.
Camera hardware: 200 MP OIS versus 50 MP primary
The V70 FE has the higher nominal main-camera resolution: vivo lists a 200 MP OIS main camera and an 8 MP wide-angle camera. Its front camera is listed at 50 MP with autofocus. The Neo 10’s cameras are listed by 91mobiles as a 50 MP primary, 8 MP ultra-wide and 32 MP front camera.

These are hardware specifications, not a direct image-quality comparison. Megapixel count alone does not determine detail, exposure, colour or low-light results, and the figures here do not establish which phone takes better photos in practice.
Battery capacity and charging
Both manufacturers list a 7,000 mAh battery figure, but the charging ratings differ: 120 W for the Neo 10 and 90 W for the V70 FE. iQOO describes the Neo 10’s 7,000 mAh figure as typical equivalent capacity and gives a rated capacity of 6,800 mAh equivalent. Charging time depends on conditions and equipment; wattage alone is not a promise of a specific full-charge time.

As manufacturer claims rather than independent test results, vivo India’s launch page advertises 43.8 hours of YouTube playback and a charge from 1% to 100% in 60 minutes under its stated test context. Those figures should not be treated as guaranteed results for every user.
Water and dust resistance: IP65 vs IP68/IP69
The V70 FE carries the higher stated ratings, IP68/IP69, while iQOO lists IP65 for the Neo 10. Vivo says its ratings were tested under IEC 60529-2013; iQOO cites IEC 60529. Both manufacturers describe controlled test conditions and caution that resistance is not permanent and can diminish with use. Neither rating makes a phone waterproof or means unrestricted use in water.

Before deciding on price, compare the same RAM and storage tier across current retailer listings and confirm the seller and stock status. A lower displayed price is not a saving if the configuration or availability differs.

Which one should you buy?
Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if
- You prioritize the listed Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform.
- You want the higher stated charging rating of 120 W.
- You value a refresh rate up to 144 Hz in supported game scenarios.
Choose the vivo V70 FE if
- You prefer its slightly larger, 6.83-inch display.
- You want the listed 200 MP OIS main-camera hardware or 50 MP autofocus front camera.

If price is the deciding factor, make the choice only after checking current stock and matching memory configurations. The October 5, 2026 comparison snapshot showed the Neo 10 out of stock, so it does not establish that the lower displayed price was an available offer.
