On paper, the iQOO Neo 10 is the stronger phone for power users: a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a 7000 mAh battery and 120 W charging. The TECNO POVA 8 Pro 5G answers with a Dimensity 7400 Ultimate 5G, a 6500 mAh battery and 45 W charging. Both use a 6.78-inch 144 Hz AMOLED screen. The price gap is harder to state: the only third-party comparison page we reviewed showed the TECNO at ₹49,999 while the iQOO was out of stock, so no honest rupee difference can be calculated from it.
Specs side by side
All figures are manufacturer claims from iQOO India’s and TECNO’s own pages, accessed in 2026. They are rated specifications, not independent test results. The iQOO page is for India; TECNO’s spec page is global, so details can differ by market.

The chipsets are from different makers and tiers. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is the part iQOO positions for demanding use, while the Dimensity 7400 Ultimate is TECNO’s choice for the POVA 8 Pro. The spec sheets alone don’t establish sustained gaming performance, thermals or frame stability, and we haven’t run or found independent controlled tests, so treat any single benchmark number you see elsewhere with caution. Note that TECNO’s extended RAM is virtual storage-backed memory; don’t add it to the physical 8 GB or 12 GB.

- Pixel 10 Pro is built with durable aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for scratch and drop resistance; the 6.3-inch Super Actua display with 3,300-nit peak brightness is easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight[3,13,18]
Display
Size and refresh rate match: 6.78 inches at 144 Hz. iQOO calls its panel 1.5K flat AMOLED; TECNO gives the exact 2644 × 1208 resolution, which works out to 429 ppi. Peak-brightness claims are not directly comparable because vendors use different test conditions, so wait for measured brightness before treating either as brighter.
Battery and charging
The iQOO has a 7000 mAh cell against TECNO’s 6500 mAh, and its 120 W charging is well beyond TECNO’s 45 W. That points to much faster top-ups on the iQOO, but real battery life depends on chipset efficiency, screen settings and software, and no controlled endurance or charge-time test was found. Check what charger is in the box in your market, since this varies by region.

Cameras
The rear setups look alike on paper: a 50 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultra-wide. The clearest difference is the front camera, 32 MP on the iQOO versus 13 MP on the TECNO. Megapixels don’t predict image quality; processing, sensor and lens matter more. Compare sample photos from reviews before deciding. TECNO’s product page also lists the OIS rear camera.

Design and extras
TECNO promotes an Alive Matrix rear lighting feature, a Tonino Lamborghini limited edition and high dust and water resistance ratings. Feature availability varies by market, and a rating isn’t a blanket durability promise, so read the exact rating and the regional warranty terms before relying on it.

Price difference
No reliable current gap is established. The 91mobiles comparison showed a ₹49,999 TECNO listing and the iQOO as out of stock, which doesn’t give two purchasable offers on the same day with matching storage. To get a fair number:
- Pick your country; the iQOO Neo 10 data here is for India.
- Match RAM and storage, such as 8 GB + 128 GB on each, using physical RAM only.
- Check an authorised store or reputable retailer for each phone on the same day, and note bank offers separately from list price.
- Confirm warranty, seller type and network band support.
If either phone isn’t sold officially in your market, the comparison isn’t practical there.
Rank #4

- The Actua display with 3,000-nit peak brightness shows up clear as day, even in direct sunlight[5]
- Plan, create, and get more done with help from Gemini, your built-in AI assistant[3]; have it screen spam calls while you focus[6]; chat with Gemini to brainstorm your meal plan[7], or bring your ideas to life with Nano Banana[8]
Which to choose
- Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if you want the higher-tier chipset, the larger battery, very fast charging and a sharper selfie camera, provided you can find it at a price you accept.
- Choose the TECNO POVA 8 Pro 5G if it is easier to buy locally, comes with Android 16-based HiOS 16, offers up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, or is clearly cheaper for the same tier.
Update commitments for both phones weren’t verified in the sources reviewed, so check each brand’s stated policy before buying.
