In India, the iQOO Neo 10 has the larger, faster-refreshing display and higher listed charging wattage; the Redmi Turbo 5 has the larger reported battery capacity. Neither specification sheet establishes which phone is faster in sustained use, lasts longer in practice, or takes better photos. There is also no reliable single price difference to quote: available figures are from different snapshots, configurations, or launch-period offers.
This comparison uses iQOO’s official India specifications and comparison listings, plus secondary launch reporting for the Redmi Turbo 5. Treat Redmi specifications and all prices below with that source distinction in mind.

Display and performance
Neo 10: larger screen and higher listed refresh rate
The Neo 10’s 6.78-inch panel is 0.19 inches larger diagonally than the Turbo 5’s 6.59-inch panel, and its listed refresh rate is 144Hz rather than 120Hz. iQOO’s India parameter page specifies 2800 × 1260 resolution; the Turbo 5 figures come from a comparison listing, not an official Xiaomi specification page. Refresh rate describes the screen’s maximum listed capability, not a guarantee that every app or game runs at that rate.

The Neo 10 uses Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while the Turbo 5 is listed with Dimensity 8500 Ultra. Those names identify different processors, but they do not by themselves establish which phone delivers better sustained performance, gaming stability, or everyday responsiveness. No controlled, directly comparable performance test is established by the cited material.

Cameras: hardware specifications, not image-quality results
On paper, both phones have a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera. The Neo 10 also lists a 32MP front camera; secondary reporting gives the Turbo 5 a 20MP front camera. Megapixel counts alone cannot predict detail, low-light performance, color, stabilization, or video quality, and there is no hands-on comparison here to determine which camera system produces better results.
Battery capacity and charging
iQOO lists the Neo 10’s battery as 7000mAh typical and wired charging as 120W. Secondary launch reporting gives the Turbo 5 a 7540mAh battery and 100W wired charging. The Turbo 5 therefore has the higher reported capacity, while the Neo 10 has the higher listed charging wattage.

Capacity and charging ratings are not runtime or charging-time tests. Screen settings, network conditions, software, workload, charger compatibility, and other factors affect real use; the available figures do not establish which phone lasts longer or charges faster from empty.

Software, durability, and what remains uncertain
Secondary launch reporting describes the Turbo 5 as running Android 16-based HyperOS 3, with four OS upgrades and six years of security updates. A comparison listing includes Android 16 but marks the OS-update field unavailable. The update term is therefore a reported claim, not independently verified support information. iQOO’s cited specification page does not establish a directly comparable Neo 10 update commitment.

The same secondary Turbo 5 report lists IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. Verify the rating for the exact India model with Xiaomi before relying on it. The iQOO material cited here does not establish an equivalent Neo 10 IP rating, so a durability winner cannot be concluded from these sources.

A single current price gap is not established. The 91mobiles comparison snapshot showed ₹46,949 for the Neo 10 and ₹41,999 for the Turbo 5, while Gadgets Now showed a different comparison snapshot. These dynamic figures are not confirmed as same-day prices for matching RAM and storage variants.

For context, a 2026 Gadgets 360 report reproduced on Xiaomi Community gave Redmi Turbo 5 India launch prices of ₹37,999 for 8GB/256GB and ₹40,999 for 12GB/256GB. It also described card discounts and a planned June 19, 2026 Amazon sale. Those are launch-period claims, not current quotes. iQOO’s official comparison page surfaced ₹40,999 for a 12GB/256GB Neo 10, but a product-page figure and a launch price do not establish today’s like-for-like retail difference.
