The iQOO Neo 10 is the faster, quicker-charging phone on paper. The realme P4s 5G has the bigger battery and the longer battery-test result in the one third-party comparison we found. Both have a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display and a 50MP main camera, so the choice comes down to sustained performance and charging speed versus battery capacity. This is a specification-led comparison for India, checked on 5 October 2026. It is not based on hands-on testing.

The Neo 10 is more than a year older, which matters for the update window and for how much stock and discounting is still around.

Performance: Neo 10 has the clear edge
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is a higher-tier chip than the Dimensity 7400 Ultra. 91mobiles’ comparison table lists AnTuTu scores of 2,066,325 for the Neo 10 and 973,111 for the P4s 5G. That is about a 2x gap, but these are figures shown by 91mobiles, not a controlled test, and the page doesn’t give the AnTuTu version.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuterealme’s own product page gives a different number for the P4s 5G: 1,013,645 on AnTuTu V11, which it attributes to realme Lab, with chip data from MediaTek. The two P4s figures come from different sources and conditions, so don’t treat them as the same measurement. Either way, they point the same direction.
#1 Best Overall
- Google Pixel 10 Pro is the ultimate Pixel experience, featuring advanced AI with Gemini, unbelievable camera quality, impeccable design in two sizes, and the next-gen Google Tensor G5 chip[1]
- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan[2]; it works - Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers
- Get a head start on syncing your data before it even arrives: After you purchase your new Pixel, look for an email that explains how to transfer your photos, videos, passwords, and more in just a few quick steps[11]
- Pixel’s pro camera system makes everything look amazing, even in low light; capture more of the scene with advanced Google AI models, and bring out incredible details with 100x Pro Res Zoom, stunning 50 MP images, and super steady videos in 8K[10]
- Pixel 10 Pro is built with durable aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for scratch and drop resistance; the 6.3-inch Super Actua display with 3,300-nit peak brightness is easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight[3,13,18]
Be careful with the P4s 5G’s 144fps gaming claim. realme’s page says: “The original game cannot natively output 144 frames per second.” Its 144-frame effect comes from a dedicated chip’s frame-interpolation algorithm, and stability varies with the game and device settings. Treat it as a smoothing feature, not native 144fps rendering.
Display: effectively a tie
Size, panel type and refresh rate match. The resolution difference (2800 × 1260 against 2772 × 1272) is too small to see in everyday use. Peak brightness, color accuracy and PWM dimming aren’t established in the sources, so the display shouldn’t decide this comparison.
Rank #2
- Google Pixel 10 is the everyday phone unlike anything else; it has Google Tensor G5, Pixel’s most powerful chip, an incredible camera, and advanced AI - Gemini built in[1]

Battery and charging: capacity versus speed
The P4s 5G has 1000mAh more capacity. In 91mobiles’ PCMark battery test it lasted 20h 30m, against 15h 39m for the Neo 10. That is one publisher’s benchmark and not a universal figure for real use. The Neo 10’s 120W charging is also a rated figure. The sources give no measured 0–100% charge times for either phone, so I can’t say how much real time the 40W gap saves.

- Pick the P4s 5G if you routinely stretch a charge across heavy days or travel, and you don’t mind a slower top-up.
- Pick the Neo 10 if you top up quickly during the day and want the stronger chip when you game.
Cameras: only the front camera differs on paper
The rear setups are identical on paper: a 50MP main and an 8MP ultrawide. The Neo 10 has a 32MP front camera against 16MP on the P4s 5G. Megapixel counts don’t establish image quality, which depends on the sensor, lens and processing. No sample-based testing is available here, so I’m not naming a camera winner. The 32MP selfie camera is only a spec advantage for the Neo 10.

Software and updates
The Neo 10 ships with Funtouch OS 15 on Android 15. The P4s 5G runs realme UI 7.0, and realme states three Android OS updates plus four years of security patches. That is a manufacturer commitment, not a delivery guarantee. 91mobiles lists both phones with three OS update years. I did not find a support policy for the Neo 10 on its official iQOO listing, so check iQOO’s current policy before you rely on it. A phone released in 2026 will also simply get updates for longer than one released in 2025.
Price difference and availability
Prices conflicted across the sources, so there is no reliable fixed gap.

- Google Pixel 10a is a durable, everyday phone with more[1]; snap brilliant photography on a simple, powerful camera, get 30+ hours out of a full charge[2], and do more with helpful AI like Gemini[3]
- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan; it works with Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers
- Pixel 10a is sleek and durable, with a super smooth finish, scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 7i display, and IP68 water and dust protection[4]
- The Actua display with 3,000-nit peak brightness shows up clear as day, even in direct sunlight[5]
- Plan, create, and get more done with help from Gemini, your built-in AI assistant[3]; have it screen spam calls while you focus[6]; chat with Gemini to brainstorm your meal plan[7], or bring your ideas to life with Nano Banana[8]
- 91mobiles showed the Neo 10 at ₹32,990, marked out of stock, and the P4s 5G at ₹34,990 on Amazon.
- The official iQOO store showed ₹36,999 for the 8GB + 128GB Neo 10, the listed MRP including taxes, also out of stock.
So the Neo 10 ranged from roughly ₹2,000 below the P4s 5G to about the same price or slightly above it, depending on the retailer. Compare exactly matching RAM and storage variants and include bank offers at checkout. If the Neo 10 is still out of stock, the P4s 5G is the one you can actually buy.
Which should you buy?
- Neo 10: you value processing power, gaming headroom, 120W charging and a 32MP selfie camera, and you can find it in stock at a price near the P4s 5G.
- P4s 5G: you want the 8000mAh battery and the longer benchmarked runtime, a newer release with a stated four-year security patch promise, and a phone that is available now.
If the Neo 10 costs noticeably more than the P4s 5G after offers, the performance gap still favors it for demanding use. For light to moderate use, the P4s 5G’s endurance and update commitment are the stronger reasons to choose it.
