For buyers comparing the India-market versions, the iQOO Neo 10 stands out for its 144Hz display and 120W charging, while the POCO F7 pairs a larger reported battery with more RAM and storage in its reported base launch configuration. Both use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, and Digit reported a ₹31,999 starting price for each at launch—but with different configurations. Regional specifications and current prices vary, so compare the exact model and storage option before buying.

What the price difference does—and does not—show
At launch, Digit reported both phones starting at ₹31,999 without offers. That is not a like-for-like storage comparison: the reported Neo 10 base model had 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the POCO F7 base model had 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Later listing snapshots do not establish a single reliable current price. 91mobiles showed the Neo 10 at ₹32,990 marked out of stock and the POCO F7 at ₹35,999 on Flipkart. Smartprix showed ₹46,942 and ₹35,999, respectively, and said its details were updated 6 October 2026. These figures conflict and can change with stock, seller, configuration, and offers. Check the exact RAM/storage variant and live seller listing rather than treating any one snapshot as the current market price. Sources: 91mobiles comparison listing and Smartprix comparison listing.
Regional differences matter, especially for battery
The 7,550mAh POCO F7 capacity is reported for the India model. TechRadar reviewed a global configuration with a 6,500mAh battery, so that review’s capacity and observations should not be applied automatically to the Indian phone. Match the specification to the region and exact model being sold. TechRadar’s POCO F7 review covers its global review unit.

Which phone makes more sense for you?
- Consider the iQOO Neo 10 if its higher listed refresh rate, 120W charging, or 32MP front-camera resolution is more useful to you—and the exact configuration is competitively priced.
- Consider the POCO F7 if the India model’s reported 7,550mAh capacity or the reported 12GB/256GB base launch configuration better suits your priorities, or if its current price is lower for the configuration you want.
- Prioritise software longevity? Digit reported longer OS and security update commitments for the POCO F7, but check the manufacturer’s current policy for your region.
- Choosing for the camera? Compare sample photos and video from the regional versions you can buy. The shared rear-camera megapixel figures do not settle image quality.
- Care about one-hand comfort? Both have large displays. Check the exact model’s dimensions and weight in its regional listing before deciding.
Performance figures also need context: 91mobiles lists Geekbench multi-core scores of 6,913 for the Neo 10 and 6,660 for the POCO F7. Its comparison page does not provide enough methodology to treat those numbers as a reproducible, controlled result across devices. They should not outweigh your priorities or a comparison of the exact models available to you. 91mobiles comparison.
