The iQOO 15R is the better fit on paper if you want a higher-tier listed processor and a larger battery. The vivo V80 5G is the more camera-flexible option, with a dedicated 50MP stabilized telephoto rear camera and a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. Both have a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display. Captured Indian price references put the V80 higher, but its listing was out of stock, so the price difference is indicative rather than a confirmed amount you will pay.

These are manufacturer-stated specifications for the India market. The iQOO 15R’s higher-tier processor listing does not establish a particular benchmark lead or real-world speed advantage; that would require comparable testing. Likewise, battery capacity and charging wattage alone do not tell you how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in everyday use. iQOO India specifications · vivo India specifications

Which phone has the better display?
On size and resolution, they are closely matched: each is listed with a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel at 2750 × 1260. The refresh-rate figures are not directly equivalent. iQOO specifies 130Hz in normal-scene mode and separately lists 360Hz gaming touch sampling; vivo lists a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Touch sampling is not the same as display refresh rate, and the stated conditions differ, so the figures do not support a simple claim that one screen is faster in every situation.
Which has the better cameras?
Rear cameras
The vivo V80 adds a 50MP OIS telephoto camera to its 50MP OIS main and 8MP ultra-wide cameras. That gives it a dedicated telephoto option that is not listed in the iQOO 15R’s 50MP Sony LYT-700V main and 8MP ultra-wide setup. Choose the V80 if having a separate telephoto camera matters to how you frame photos; the hardware specifications alone do not prove which phone takes better pictures.

Selfie cameras
vivo lists a 50MP front camera with autofocus, while iQOO lists a 32MP front camera. The V80 therefore offers the higher stated resolution and autofocus on the front camera, but megapixel count by itself is not a reliable measure of image quality.
Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers say
iQOO lists a 7600mAh typical battery and 100W charging. vivo lists 7200mAh typical capacity, 7015mAh rated capacity and 90W charging. Those specifications favor the iQOO on stated capacity and charging power, but they do not establish comparative battery life or charging time.
