Which phone is better for performance and gaming?
On the manufacturers’ stated hardware, iQOO has the higher-tier performance proposition: it specifies a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while TECNO lists a Dimensity 7400 Ultimate alongside its P1 graphics chip. That makes the iQOO the more compelling pick if processor headroom is your priority, but chipset names alone do not establish frame rates or sustained performance in a particular game.

TECNO advertises a 144FPS “Ultra Extreme” option for PUBG MOBILE, but its product page says the option is expected through a future major game update by October 2026 and depends on the official rollout. Treat that as conditional rather than a guarantee that the mode is currently available on every regional variant. TECNO also states that its IP ratings were assessed under controlled laboratory conditions; confirm the local model’s rating and terms rather than assuming identical protection everywhere.

Which display is bigger or smoother?
TECNO advertises a 1.5K 144Hz HyperLux AMOLED panel. iQOO’s India specification page gives a 6.59-inch, 2750 × 1260 AMOLED display and specifies 130Hz refresh in normal scenes, plus 360Hz gaming touch sampling. The 360Hz figure is touch sampling, not screen refresh rate.
A 91mobiles comparison listing reports 144Hz for the iQOO 15R, which conflicts with iQOO India’s stated 130Hz normal-scene figure. For the India model, use the manufacturer’s regional specification as the safer reference. The available official details do not establish the TECNO panel’s diagonal measurement, so a definitive size comparison is not possible from these specifications alone.

How do battery capacity and charging compare?
iQOO lists a 7600mAh typical battery and 100W charging; TECNO lists 6500mAh and 45W. These stated capacities and charging rates give iQOO the paper advantage in both areas. They do not predict identical screen-on time or charging duration for every user: workload, settings, network conditions and other factors affect real use.
Which phone has the stronger camera setup?
iQOO’s India specification page identifies a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera, an 8MP ultrawide rear camera and a 32MP front camera. TECNO highlights a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C OIS main camera. The official TECNO page reviewed does not establish the full regional camera configuration; 91mobiles lists a 13MP selfie camera, but verify the local model’s official specifications before relying on that figure.
