There is not enough verified information to name a winner. iQOO’s India store lists the 15R with detailed specifications and a displayed price for one configuration. The Neo 11 Ultra 5G specifications and price come from a third-party comparison page, not an iQOO product announcement or confirmed retailer listing. Treat its figures as unverified until the exact model and regional version are confirmed.
What is confirmed about each phone?

The 15R’s official India listing offers 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants. Smartprix’s comparison prices—₹49,999 for the Neo 11 Ultra and ₹53,990 for the 15R—imply a ₹3,991 gap on that page. That is an aggregator comparison, not a like-for-like live price check; its 15R figure differs from the official store’s displayed ₹66,999 for the 12GB+512GB Dark Knight model. Check the exact RAM and storage, seller, region and current checkout price before comparing.

What the 15R’s confirmed specifications mean
Screen and design
iQOO specifies a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel with 2750 × 1260 resolution. The listed body measures 157.61 × 74.42mm; thickness is 7.90mm for Dark Knight and 8.10mm for Triumph Silver. The stated weights are 202g and 206g respectively. Those details provide a concrete size reference, but there is no verified Neo 11 Ultra physical-size information here for a direct handling comparison.
Performance claims
The official listing names the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. In a manufacturer-published iQOO Community post, iQOO also claims an AnTuTu result of 3.5 million+ and describes the chip as built on TSMC’s 3nm process. The score is a vendor claim, not an independent benchmark or a guarantee of sustained gaming performance. Smartprix does not provide a corroborated Neo 11 Ultra processor in the cited comparison details, so a chipset or performance verdict would be premature. iQOO Community post.
#1 Best Overall
Cameras and connectivity
The 15R’s listed rear setup pairs a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultra-wide; its selfie camera is 32MP. These are hardware specifications, not evidence of photo quality. The India model listing includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, USB 2.0 and India network bands. Match the bands to your carrier if importing any phone; the Neo 11 Ultra’s region and band support are not established by the cited listing.
Software and included items
iQOO lists Origin OS 6.0 for the 15R. The cited product information does not establish an update-duration commitment, so the software version alone should not be taken as a promise of how long updates will arrive. The official store page says a charger and phone case are included in the box; an extra is optional, and compatibility should be checked before buying a replacement.

Which one should you buy?
Choose the iQOO 15R if verified information matters most
The 15R is the clear choice between these names if you want a phone with an official India listing and specified hardware. You can verify its available configurations and check the seller’s current price directly. This is an evidence-based choice, not a claim that it outperforms the Neo 11 Ultra in every area.
Consider the Neo 11 Ultra only after confirming the exact model
The Smartprix entry suggests a larger, higher-refresh-rate display and a larger listed battery, alongside a lower comparison-page price. But those details do not establish an official India launch, retailer stock, warranty coverage or a transactable offer. Before relying on them, find an iQOO product announcement or an authorized seller listing for the precise model and region.

- Premium PU Leather Material: Made from high-quality PU leather that offers a soft touch, elegant look, and durable daily protection
- Magnetic Flip Cover & Kickstand: Magnetic closure ensures secure fastening, while the foldable design doubles as a stand for hands-free viewing
- Precise Cutouts & Full Protection: Accurate cutouts for camera, buttons, and ports ensure easy access while offering comprehensive protection
What to verify before deciding
- Exact model name and regional variant on the box or official product page.
- Same RAM and storage capacity, with current prices from comparable sellers.
- Processor identity and credible sustained-performance testing, rather than a headline benchmark claim.
- Display refresh rate, camera stabilization and video capabilities from a primary specification source.
- Battery and charging specifications, software version and update commitment.
- Warranty region, local 5G-band compatibility and what is included in the box.
Until those checks are possible, there is no sound basis for a full two-phone specification verdict. The confirmed choice is the 15R; the Neo 11 Ultra figures should be treated as third-party claims, not equivalent official specifications.
