For matching 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configurations in India, the iQOO 15 was ₹9,000 cheaper than the vivo X300 FE in official-store listings checked on October 7, 2026: ₹85,999 versus ₹94,999. The iQOO is the larger phone, with a 6.85-inch display and 7,000mAh battery; the vivo is smaller and lighter, and lists a higher-resolution front camera. These are manufacturer specifications and dated prices, not results from comparative testing.
India price difference: iQOO 15 is ₹9,000 cheaper
The official India stores showed these prices on October 7, 2026. Both rows below use 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, but the listed colors differ.

Display and size: large screen or compact phone?
The iQOO 15 has a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 3168 × 1440 resolution. The X300 FE has a 6.31-inch screen. The vivo product page reviewed does not establish the screen’s resolution or refresh rate, so those figures are not included here.

Choose by handling preference: the iQOO’s larger panel gives more screen area, while the X300 FE is thinner and lighter on the listed specifications. The iQOO figures vary with finish.
Rear and front cameras: similar main and telephoto resolutions, different ultrawides
Both phones list a 50MP main camera and a 50MP 3× telephoto camera. The iQOO also lists a 50MP ultrawide; the vivo lists an 8MP ultrawide. The iQOO main camera is identified as Sony IMX921 and its telephoto as Sony IMX882. vivo describes its main and telephoto cameras as ZEISS, and identifies the telephoto sensor as Sony IMX882.

The vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE, but is a separate purchase. Neither megapixel counts nor camera-system branding establish which phone produces better photos; no controlled side-by-side camera test is available here.

Battery and charging: listed capacities are not endurance tests

These are manufacturer-listed capacities and charging ratings. They do not show how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how quickly it charges under the same conditions; comparable testing would be needed for those conclusions.
Performance: different Snapdragon flagship platforms
The iQOO 15 lists the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the vivo X300 FE lists the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. Those are the manufacturers’ platform names. Without comparable independent benchmarks or real-world testing, the specifications alone do not establish how large any performance difference is in particular apps, games, or sustained workloads.

The 1TB iQOO configuration appears on the global specifications page, not the India store listing reviewed. Do not assume it is available in India. For price comparisons, match the RAM and storage configuration and the market rather than comparing unlike variants.

Software and water-resistance information
The India listings identify OriginOS 6 for both phones; iQOO specifies OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The global iQOO specifications page lists IP68 and IP69 ratings. The reviewed India X300 FE sources do not establish an ingress-protection rating, which is not evidence that the phone lacks protection.

- Consider the vivo X300 FE if a smaller, lighter device matters more, or if you value its listed 50MP wide-angle front camera. Its compatible telephoto extender is an optional separate purchase.
- Compare carefully before buying if camera results, battery endurance, or gaming performance are decisive: the specifications here do not provide controlled head-to-head test results.
