Which phone has the better display?
On paper, the iQOO 15 has the display advantage: its 6.85-inch AMOLED panel has a 3168 × 1440 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. OPPO specifies a 16.74cm (about 6.59-inch) AMOLED display at 2760 × 1256 and up to 120Hz. That gives the iQOO a larger panel, higher stated resolution and higher maximum refresh rate. These specifications do not by themselves establish differences in brightness, color accuracy or viewing quality; the manufacturers’ cited specifications are at iQOO and OPPO.
Do the processors make one phone faster?
The iQOO 15 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the Find X9s uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s. Those chip names identify different platforms, but the available specifications do not establish a comparable real-world speed or gaming winner. No like-for-like benchmark or gaming test is cited here, so choose based on the broader features and independently verified testing if performance is your deciding factor.

How do the camera systems differ?
Both phones list three 50MP rear cameras and a 32MP front camera, but the telephoto implementations differ. iQOO specifies a 50MP Sony 3× periscope camera. OPPO lists a 50MP telephoto camera and 2-axis optical image stabilisation (OIS) on both that camera and the 50MP main camera; it describes the Find X9s camera system as co-developed with Hasselblad in its launch materials. These are manufacturer-published hardware and branding details, not evidence that one phone takes better photos. Neither image quality nor a camera winner can be established from the specifications alone. Details are listed by iQOO, OPPO and OPPO India’s launch announcement.
Battery capacity and charging
iQOO lists a 7000mAh battery, with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. OPPO specifies 7025mAh typical capacity and 6840mAh rated capacity for the Find X9s; it supports up to 80W SUPERVOOC and also lists lower-watt SUPERVOOC, 55W PPS and 13.5W PD compatibility. OPPO’s typical and rated figures are distinct measurements, so they should not be collapsed into a single capacity claim.

The Find X9s has the larger typical-capacity number, but battery capacity and charging wattage do not establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how quickly it charges in all conditions. The available specifications do not provide a comparable battery-life or charging test. The figures are published by iQOO and OPPO.

OPPO says the Find X9s carries IP66, IP68 and IP69 certifications and Swiss SGS five-star full-unit drop and impact certification. These are manufacturer-published certifications and claims; they do not mean the phone is damage-proof. The cited iQOO product information does not provide a like-for-like durability rating for the iQOO 15.

Both manufacturers list Wi-Fi 7. OPPO also lists eSIM support, and its launch materials say the Find X9 series devices run ColorOS 16. iQOO identifies OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 for the iQOO 15. The available material does not establish comparable software or security-update periods, so it cannot support a software-longevity ranking. Sources: OPPO India and iQOO India.

Quick Recap
Which should you choose?
- Choose the iQOO 15 if you prioritize a larger, sharper, faster-refresh display, 100W wired charging or 40W wireless charging.
- Consider the OPPO Find X9s if its OIS-equipped main and telephoto camera specifications, published IP certifications, eSIM support or a verified lower current price better suit your needs.
- Decide by testing or current offers if performance, battery life or photo quality is the main factor. The listed specifications do not prove a winner in those areas, and the observed prices are date-specific.
