Which phone is better for performance and the display?
Chipsets and performance
The iQOO 13 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite; the Galaxy S26 FE uses Samsung’s Exynos 2500, built on a 3 nm process. Those chip names establish the hardware, but they do not by themselves show which phone is faster in games, sustained workloads or everyday use. No comparable benchmark results are available here, so there is no evidence-based performance winner.

Screen size and resolution
iQOO lists a 6.82-inch AMOLED screen at 3168 × 1440. Samsung lists a slightly smaller 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, with refresh rates up to 120 Hz and brightness up to 1,900 nits. The listed figures make the iQOO the higher-resolution option; they do not establish which screen looks better in calibrated or outdoor use.
How do the cameras compare?
The rear-camera arrays take different approaches. iQOO lists three 50 MP cameras, including a 2× telephoto. Samsung pairs a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) with a 12 MP ultra-wide and an 8 MP telephoto offering 3× optical zoom and OIS. For selfies, iQOO lists a 32 MP front camera and Samsung a 12 MP one.
These resolutions and zoom specifications describe hardware, not photo or video quality. They cannot establish which phone produces better images, handles low light better or records more stable video without comparable camera testing.

Which has the better battery and charging?
iQOO specifies a two-cell battery with a typical equivalent capacity of 6,000 mAh and 120 W wired charging. Samsung lists a 4,900 mAh typical-capacity battery and 45 W wired charging; its global product material also lists 15 W wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare. Samsung says the 45 W adapter is sold separately.

How long will each phone get software updates?
Samsung states that the Galaxy S26 FE will receive up to seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from global launch, with timing subject to market and device. That is the clearer published long-term support commitment in this comparison. The reviewed iQOO specifications page lists Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 but does not state an update duration; that absence on the page is not proof that the phone receives no updates.

Subtracting the two 256 GB launch prices—₹79,999 minus ₹54,999—gives ₹25,000. That arithmetic compares the Galaxy’s 8 GB RAM launch configuration with the iQOO’s 12 GB RAM launch configuration, and the prices come from launch dates nearly two years apart. It is not a current matched-configuration price gap or proof of an available offer. Samsung’s India launch announcement lists its price; iQOO’s December 2024 launch post lists the historical iQOO prices. The iQOO India eStore snapshot showed the 12/256 GB selection as unavailable. - Choose the iQOO 13 if its listed Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, 3168 × 1440 display, 6,000 mAh typical-equivalent battery or 120 W wired charging best match your priorities. These specifications do not substitute for comparative performance or endurance tests.
- Choose the Galaxy S26 FE if Samsung’s stated update policy, 3× optical telephoto with OIS, wireless charging or Galaxy software experience matters more to you. Camera quality still needs real-world comparison.
