The iQOO 13 5G and OnePlus 13s share Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, and a June 2025 India price report listed their starting prices equally at ₹54,999. The real choice is about format and features: the OnePlus is smaller and lighter, while the iQOO offers a larger, higher-resolution display and an ultrawide rear camera. Those are specification-based distinctions, not proof that one takes better photos or lasts longer in everyday use.
How much did the iQOO 13 and OnePlus 13s cost in India?
A Gadgets 360 comparison updated on 5 June 2025 reported a starting price of ₹54,999 for each phone’s 12GB/256GB configuration. It also reported ₹59,999 for the 512GB versions, but those configurations differ in memory: 16GB/512GB for iQOO 13 and 12GB/512GB for OnePlus 13s. These are historical reported prices, not current offers.

Which phone is smaller and easier to handle?
The OnePlus 13s is the compact option: OnePlus lists a 6.32-inch display and a weight of 185g. The iQOO 13 has a 6.82-inch display and an official listed weight of 213g. That 28g difference and the larger footprint make the OnePlus the more suitable specification-led pick if one-handed use and pocketability are priorities; the iQOO gives more screen area for video, games and reading.

How do their displays compare?
| Specification | iQOO 13 5G | OnePlus 13s |
|---|---|---|
| Size | 6.82 inches, per iQOO India | 6.32 inches, per OnePlus India |
| Panel and resolution | 2K LTPO; iQOO’s product page also calls it a Q10 display | LTPO OLED, 1216 × 2640, per 91mobiles |
| Refresh rate | Up to 144Hz, per iQOO India | 1–120Hz, per OnePlus India |
| Brightness claim | 1800-nit HBM, per iQOO India | 1600-nit peak, per 91mobiles |
The iQOO’s stated 2K resolution and 144Hz ceiling favor a larger, sharper, faster-refresh specification on paper. The OnePlus’s 120Hz ceiling is paired with its smaller body. Brightness labels such as HBM and peak can reflect different measurement methods, so these figures should not be treated as a directly comparable real-world brightness test.
Do they have the same performance?
Both phones use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, according to the June 2025 comparison by Gadgets 360. The choice is not between a newer and an older flagship chip. Actual sustained performance can still depend on cooling, software and workload; a comparable independent sustained-load test is not established by the available specifications.

|---|---|---|
| Main | 50MP | 50MP |
| Telephoto | 50MP; iQOO specifies 4x lossless zoom | 50MP; 2x telephoto, per Gadgets 360 |
| Ultrawide | 50MP | No ultrawide, per Gadgets 360 |
On listed lens coverage, iQOO has the broader set because it includes an ultrawide camera as well as main and telephoto cameras. Choose it if an ultrawide field of view matters to your photography. Megapixel counts and lens presence alone do not establish which phone produces better images.

iQOO lists a 6000mAh battery and 120W FlashCharge; OnePlus lists 5850mAh and 80W SUPERVOOC. These are manufacturer specifications, not a promise of a particular runtime or charge time. Capacity, software, display settings, signal conditions and workload all affect use, and proprietary charging systems mean an arbitrary USB-C charger should not be assumed to deliver the advertised maximum rate.

A 91mobiles comparison page reports PCMark battery results of 13h 09m for iQOO 13 and 16h 34m for OnePlus 13s. Those are results from that page’s benchmark, not general-use runtime guarantees or a substitute for a controlled comparison across individual users’ settings and workloads. They do not overturn the distinction between rated capacity and real-world battery life.
What software support was reported?
Gadgets 360 reported at launch that both phones shipped with Android 15 and were promised four Android OS upgrades. Its report listed six years of security updates for OnePlus 13s and five years for iQOO 13. These are launch-era reported policies; check each manufacturer’s current support terms for the applicable region before relying on a long-term update schedule.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose OnePlus 13s if a smaller, lighter phone is the deciding factor, or if the longer PCMark result reported by 91mobiles is relevant to your buying decision while understood as a benchmark, not a runtime prediction.
- Choose iQOO 13 5G if you want the larger 2K display with a refresh rate up to 144Hz, an ultrawide camera, greater nominal battery capacity or a higher rated charging wattage.
- Compare before paying: confirm the exact RAM and storage configuration, current India price and stock. The historical ₹54,999 and ₹59,999 figures do not establish current transaction prices.
The core chip is the same, so the better fit depends less on raw platform tier and more on whether you value compact handling or the iQOO’s larger screen and broader camera coverage.
