iPage’s first-term offer is not its renewal price: introductory rates apply only to the initial service term, and hosting renews at regular rates. The published rates below are useful reference points, not a guarantee of what any particular customer will pay. Check your active billing account for your current provider, plan, renewal date, and next invoice—especially because iPage’s user agreement said most customers would migrate to Network Solutions on or about February 20, 2026.
How much does iPage cost after the first term?
iPage says introductory prices apply to the first service term and automatically renew at regular rates. For hosting, its regular-rates page directs customers to the Renewal Center to see hosting pricing. iPage also publishes a renewal schedule for two WordPress plans; the figures below were listed on the provider’s page checked October 7, 2026. They are published reference rates, not confirmation of an individual account’s price, and iPage says rates can change.

| Plan | Term | Published monthly rate | Billed total |
|---|---|---|---|
| WP Starter | 36 months | $7.49/month | $269.64 |
| WP Starter | 24 months | $8.49/month | $203.76 |
| WP Starter | 12 months | $9.49/month | $113.88 |
| WP Starter | Monthly | $10.49/month | $10.49 |
| WP Essential | 36 months | $10.49/month | $377.64 |

| WP Essential | 12 months | $12.49/month | $149.88 |
| WP Essential | Monthly | $12.49/month | $12.49 |
For a long-term renewal, the monthly equivalent can look lower while the total due at once is substantially higher. Compare the billed total and term—not only the monthly rate—against your renewal notice. The published schedule does not establish the price for other plans, legacy accounts, or accounts now billed under different terms. See iPage’s published WordPress hosting rates.
Can add-ons increase the renewal bill?
Yes. Hosting is not necessarily the whole invoice: domain privacy, backup, SSL, email, and website-builder services may have separate charges. iPage’s regular-rates summary lists Domain Privacy and Protection at $18.60 for one year, $37.20 for two years, or $55.80 for three years. Those are add-on rates, not hosting prices, and may not match an existing account’s terms.

These backup schedules are published by iPage and availability is subject to change. Did your iPage account move to Network Solutions?
It may have, but the agreement’s notice does not confirm the status of an individual account. iPage’s user agreement says that, with the exception of resellers and their customers, iPage customers would migrate to Network Solutions “on or about February 20, 2026.” It also says migrated accounts are governed by Network Solutions terms, while accounts that did not migrate remain subject to iPage terms. The stated timing is approximate, not proof that every account completed a migration.

Sign in to the account you currently use for billing and verify the provider name, plan, applicable terms, next renewal date, and invoice. If the account is managed by Network Solutions, use that active billing account to confirm the amount and cancellation controls; the iPage rate schedule alone cannot establish your charge. Read iPage’s user agreement and migration notice.
When does iPage charge for auto-renewal?
iPage’s help page says hosting plans are set to auto-renew by default. It describes renewal billing as beginning 15 days before expiration for terms of at least one year and five days before expiration for shorter terms. Separately, the user agreement says customers must opt out at least 16 calendar days before the end of the term to avoid the renewal charge described there. These are different timing statements; do not wait until the billing date if you intend to stop a renewal.
Rank #3
Check the renewal date and instructions shown in your own active account. iPage’s cited help page says manual or early hosting renewal is unavailable while auto-renew is enabled. See iPage’s hosting renewal instructions.
How do you stop an iPage auto-renewal?
- Confirm which provider bills you. Sign in to the active billing account and verify whether it is managed under iPage or Network Solutions terms.
- Find the affected service and deadline. Check the plan or add-on, its expiration or renewal date, and the next charge. The agreement specifies an opt-out at least 16 calendar days before the term ends to avoid the described renewal charge.
- Contact the provider through the applicable account. iPage’s agreement describes cancellation by phone or chat and says ownership verification is required. If your account migrated, follow the cancellation instructions and terms attached to the current provider account.
- Keep confirmation. Save the cancellation confirmation and check the account afterward to make sure the service no longer shows as set to renew.
Canceling hosting can affect the website, email, backups, and domain services tied to the account. Check which services are separate and whether you need to move files, email, or a domain before ending service.

What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
iPage’s user agreement describes a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible basic hosting fees; it should not be treated as a refund promise for every plan or charge. The agreement also says that if a free domain was included, a non-refundable $15 domain fee applies when a customer cancels and keeps that domain. Check the agreement and account terms that apply to your service before relying on a refund or cancellation outcome. Review the agreement’s guarantee and cancellation terms.

What to compare before renewing or moving
A lower advertised first-term price does not tell you whether keeping or moving a site is the better decision. Compare the complete renewal obligation with the cost and work of moving, using the actual services and terms on your account.
- The total billed at renewal and the length of the billing term.
- Whether the account is under iPage or Network Solutions terms, and which provider will collect payment.
- Separate domain, privacy, backup, SSL, email, and website-builder charges.
- The auto-renewal and cancellation deadlines that apply to the account.
- The effort and expense of transferring a website, email, and domain, including any backup or security services you would need to replace.
Current competitor prices are not established here, so a meaningful price comparison requires checking providers’ current terms for the same service level and billing duration.
