Insight Works says it added 13 authorized Microsoft partners to its reseller network in September 2026. Announced October 5, the additions span seven countries across five regions and are intended to extend sales and support for the company’s apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

What Insight Works announced

Insight Works is an independent software vendor focused on apps for manufacturing and distribution businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The company says the 13 firms can offer, sell, and support its apps as authorized resellers. Insight Works also reports that its network now includes more than 800 Microsoft partners; that is the company’s figure, not an independently audited count.

The announcement names partners in Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America. Its roster establishes where the newly added firms are based, but does not by itself confirm that each provides service in every market or has current capacity for new customers.

Which partners joined, and where?

Region Country New reseller partners
Asia Singapore NaviWorld Singapore Pte Ltd
Europe Sweden Bisqo AB; Navet Aktiebolag, operating as Aderian Navet
Europe Netherlands Jeremy Coulibaly Consulting
North America Canada CGI; Synergia365 Consulting Inc.
North America United States Alletec USA Inc.; Century Solutions Group; DynaSum Private Limited; Grey Matters; Naviona LLC
Oceania Australia Connexxione Pty Ltd
South America Argentina Aldea (Tecnologías Informáticas Integradas SA)

The list totals 13 firms across seven countries. The announcement gives additional company descriptions for only some of them, so the roster is not a standardized comparison of services or qualifications.

What the release says about selected partners

  • NaviWorld Singapore: Insight Works describes it as part of a six-office group with more than 20 years of ERP implementation experience across Southeast Asia.
  • Bisqo: The announcement cites Business Central migration work and Dynamics NAV support.
  • Aderian Navet: Insight Works highlights equipment rental and process manufacturing solutions.
  • Alletec USA: The release attributes 25 years of Microsoft Dynamics experience and more than 1,000 clients to the firm.
  • Grey Matters: Insight Works says the company has more than 40 years in software and cloud services.

These descriptions and figures come from Insight Works’ announcement; they are not independent credential checks. The release does not provide equivalent profiles for all 13 partners.

What the additions mean for Business Central customers

For a Business Central customer, the practical significance is an expanded channel through which Insight Works’ manufacturing and distribution apps may be offered and supported. The announcement points to broader geographic reach, but it does not provide a service map, implementation commitments, response-time guarantees, pricing, or independent customer outcomes.

When considering one of the firms, ask whether it serves your location and industry, which Business Central or Dynamics NAV work it performs, and whether it can handle the implementation or ongoing support you need. Because the vendor release provides uneven detail, confirm each provider’s current capabilities and scope directly.

Announcement and attribution

Insight Works published the announcement on October 5, 2026, reporting that the partner additions took place in September. Melonie Wood, Partner Success Manager at Insight Works, said: “Seeing new partners join us from around the world is a testament to the products we build. Thirteen new partners in a single month, from Scandinavia to Southeast Asia, means thirteen more teams we get to help succeed with Business Central, so they can bring that same value to their own customers.”

The statement reflects the company’s view of the network expansion and its expected customer benefits; the announcement does not include independent evidence assessing partner quality or confirming service availability.
