It is one traveller’s impression of a filmed moment—not proof that Bali traffic is generally more disciplined or that Delhi traffic is uniformly disorderly.
What did the Bali video show?
Hindustan Times reported on October 2, 2026, that Sareen, who posts as @nainaunscripted on Instagram, shared footage from a market road in Bali. The scene was busy, with cars and scooters in traffic and scooters parked along part of the road.

As quoted by the newspaper, Sareen said: “Nobody is in a mad rush; there is plenty of space between any two cars. Look at that. Nobody is honking.” She described scooters moving on one side and larger vehicles using the other, and said she did not see drivers cutting from the right into the left.

How did Sareen compare it with Delhi?
Sareen contrasted the scene with her experience of Delhi markets, including Tilak Nagar and Rajouri Garden. In her account, the Bali clip appeared to show less unnecessary honking and less lane-cutting. That comparison concerns what she said she observed; it is not a measured comparison of traffic across either city.

She also said Bali’s infrastructure was not markedly better than Delhi’s and was worse in some places. The report does not independently compare the roads or establish that infrastructure explains the apparent difference in driving behavior.
Does the clip prove Bali traffic is more disciplined?
No. A short video of one market road cannot establish how traffic behaves across Bali, and one person’s experience of particular Delhi markets cannot represent all of Delhi. The report offers no like-for-like traffic data on honking, lane-cutting, vehicle spacing, congestion, or road conditions.

Hindustan Times identifies its report as based on user-generated content and says it did not independently verify the claims or endorse them. Sareen’s line that “People here follow all of this on their own” is her inference about why the traffic appeared orderly, not a verified explanation. The clip does not establish whether road design, enforcement, local habits, or other factors caused what she observed.

What the comparison can—and cannot—tell you
- It can: show what Sareen described in that filmed market scene—busy traffic, scooters and larger vehicles appearing to move separately, and little honking at that moment.
- It cannot: demonstrate that nobody honks in Bali, quantify a difference between Bali and Delhi, or prove a general difference in civic sense or road discipline.
