कम power वाले PC पर YouTube के लिए 720p, 30 fps cartoon livestream चलाने की शुरुआत OBS में H.264 और 4 Mbps video bitrate से करें। यह YouTube की 240p–720p at 30 fps के लिए सुझाई गई bitrate है, सफलता की गारंटी नहीं: असली क्षमता आपके PC, स्थिर upload connection और stream की जटिलता पर निर्भर करेगी। पहले representative video और audio के साथ test करें। 24 घंटे का प्रसारण और उसका archive अलग बातें हैं—12 घंटे से अधिक stream शायद capture न हो।

YouTube live की पात्रता
YouTube की guidance के अनुसार live stream शुरू करने के लिए channel verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-stream restrictions नहीं होनी चाहिए। प्रसारण से पहले YouTube Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं।
Cartoon प्रसारित करने के अधिकार
केवल अपने original cartoons या ऐसी सामग्री stream करें जिसके प्रसारण और संगीत सहित जरूरी अधिकार आपके पास हों। YouTube live streams को third-party copyrighted content के लिए scan करता है; पहचान होने पर warning, placeholder image, अस्थायी interruption या stream termination हो सकती है। Licensed सामग्री होने पर भी rights owner से अपने channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने के लिए कहना पड़ सकता है। YouTube के terms के अनुसार creator के पास जरूरी worldwide exploitation rights, music rights सहित, होने चाहिए। YouTube Terms of Service
PC की क्षमता पहले से मानकर न चलें
आपके CPU, GPU और encoder support की जानकारी के बिना यह तय नहीं किया जा सकता कि PC लगातार 720p/30 चला पाएगा या नहीं। 720p/30 और simple OBS scene एक उचित शुरुआती configuration हैं, performance की गारंटी नहीं।

YouTube और OBS में stream सेट करें

OBS में output resolution 1280×720, frame rate 30 fps, encoder H.264 और video bitrate 4 Mbps रखें। यह bitrate YouTube की H.264 table में 240p–720p at 30 fps के लिए recommended value है।

अगर audio इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं, तो वास्तविक कार्यक्रम की तरह उसे भी test में शामिल करें। केवल स्थिर तस्वीर से किया गया test cartoon के movement और audio वाले प्रसारण का सही प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करेगा।

Upload speed और PC load को test करके ठीक करें
कनेक्शन को bitrate के लिए परखें
संभव हो तो PC को router से Ethernet cable से जोड़ें। OBS के अनुसार Wi-Fi अस्थिर हो सकता है और streaming के लिए wired connection की सिफारिश की जाती है। OBS लगभग कुल upload speed के 75% को bitrate का शुरुआती बिंदु बताता है, लेकिन यह स्थिरता की गारंटी नहीं है; वास्तविक throughput, platform limits और connection में उतार-चढ़ाव भी मायने रखते हैं। अपने स्थान और समय पर upload गति जांचें—ISP plan की घोषित गति को लगातार उपलब्ध throughput न मानें। OBS stream connection troubleshooting

OBS में dropped-frames counter और YouTube Live Control Room में stream health देखें। बढ़ता dropped-frames counter अस्थिर connection या चुनी bitrate को कायम न रख पाने का संकेत है।

यदि dropped frames बढ़ें, तो bitrate घटाकर दोबारा test करें। हर बदलाव के बाद पर्याप्त समय तक वास्तविक सामग्री चलाकर नतीजा देखें।

यदि समस्या rendering या encoding overload की हो, तो output resolution या frame rate घटाएं और scene सरल करें। OBS के अनुसार resolution घटाने से encoder load कम हो सकता है; frame rate घटाने से rendering और encoding दोनों का काम घटता है। Simple scenes भी rendering का काम कम कर सकती हैं। OBS encoding performance troubleshooting

24/7 प्रसारण और YouTube archive अलग-अलग संभालें
24 घंटे लगातार live रहने का मतलब यह नहीं कि YouTube उस पूरी अवधि की recording archive करेगा। YouTube 12 घंटे से कम के streams को अपने-आप archive कर सकता है; 12 घंटे से अधिक का stream शायद capture ही न हो। YouTube: Archive live streams

जरूरी recording के लिए local recording को backup मानें। PC पर recording और livestream साथ चलाने से अतिरिक्त system load पड़ सकता है, इसलिए इसे अलग से test करें।

अगर आपका लक्ष्य सिर्फ लगातार live प्रसारण है और YouTube archive की जरूरत नहीं, तो archive उपलब्ध होगा ऐसा मानकर योजना न बनाएं।

भारत में बिजली और खर्च का व्यावहारिक हिसाब
आपके PC का बिजली खर्च उसके वास्तविक steady-state wattage और स्थानीय tariff पर निर्भर है; इनके बिना रुपये प्रति दिन बताना भरोसेमंद नहीं होगा। लंबे test के दौरान plug-in power meter से PC का वास्तविक draw मापें और अपनी बिजली दर लगाएं। इसी तरह अपने ISP की upload क्षमता को अलग-अलग समय पर परखें। पूरे भारत के लिए कोई एक PC wattage, बिजली लागत या लगातार उपलब्ध upload speed यहां लागू नहीं मानी जा सकती।
