Die häufig genannte 15-Euro-Marke stammt aus Berichten über einen Eintrag in der deutschen IKEA-App Anfang September 2026; eine bestätigte bundesweite Verfügbarkeit ist damit nicht belegt. IKEA Schweden führt das Gerät aktuell für 199 SEK.
Was ist das IKEA LILJEBAGGE?
Das LILJEBAGGE (Artikelnummer 806.220.62, Hardwaretyp E2497) wird am Ventil eines Heizkörpers montiert und regelt die Raumheizung. Über die IKEA-App lassen sich einzelne Räume steuern und Zeitpläne einrichten, etwa eine niedrigere Temperatur nachts und eine höhere am Morgen. Tasten und Display ermöglichen auch die Bedienung direkt am Gerät.
IKEA erklärt, dass das Thermostat die zuletzt eingestellte Temperatur bei einem Internetausfall beibehält. Eine Fernsteuerung über das Internet ist offline jedoch nicht möglich. Die Produktseite nennt Unterstützung für Amazon, Apple, Google, Homey und Samsung. Welche Funktionen tatsächlich verfügbar sind, hängt laut IKEA-Handbuch vom jeweiligen Matter-System ab; die Plattformen müssen also nicht denselben Funktionsumfang bieten.
Funktioniert es an meinem Heizkörper?
Das LILJEBAGGE ist für wassergeführte Heizkörper gedacht, nicht für elektrische Heizungen. Es setzt ein passendes thermostatisches Heizkörperventil voraus. IKEA beschreibt die Kompatibilität mit den meisten wassergeführten Heizkörpern und legt sechs Adapter sowie fünf Montagehilfen bei. Das macht die Passform nicht universell: Prüfen Sie vor dem Kauf Ventiltyp und Anschluss Ihres Heizkörpers.

Nach der Montage muss das Thermostat kalibriert werden. IKEA empfiehlt, die Installation vorzunehmen, wenn Heizkörper und Rohre abgekühlt sind; die Kalibrierung kann mehrere Minuten dauern. Der eingebaute Temperatursensor sitzt nahe an der Wärmequelle und kann deshalb einen anderen Wert anzeigen als ein Thermometer an anderer Stelle im Raum.
Welche Smart-Home-Geräte und Batterien sind nötig?
Das Gerät kommuniziert über Matter over Thread. Für die Steuerung per Smartphone über Matter ist ein Thread Border Router erforderlich. IKEA nennt den DIRIGERA-Hub als Beispiel; er ist nicht die einzige mögliche Option. Laut Handbuch werden außerdem ein Hub und eine App des gewählten Smart-Home-Systems für die Matter-Kopplung benötigt. Ohne Smart-Home-System kann das Thermostat nach Installation und Kalibrierung als eigenständiges Gerät verwendet werden.

Für den Betrieb sind zwei AA-Batterien des Typs HR6 nötig, die separat gekauft werden. IKEA empfiehlt wiederaufladbare LADDA-AA-Zellen mit 2450 mAh. Das Handbuch schätzt die Laufzeit mit zwei neuen LADDA-AA-HR6-Batterien auf etwa 18 Monate; das ist eine Herstellerangabe, keine unabhängige Messung. Die Temperatur lässt sich in Schritten von 0,5 °C einstellen, die niedrigste Einstellung beträgt 5 °C. Nach sieben Tagen Nutzung sieht das Handbuch eine automatische Bewegung des Ventils zur Vermeidung von Verkalkung vor.

IKEA Deutschlands derzeit gelisteter Smart-Home-Katalog enthält das LILJEBAGGE nicht. Das belegt für sich genommen aber nicht, dass es in keiner Filiale oder App auftaucht. Der Preis von 14,99 beziehungsweise 15 Euro ist daher als gemeldeter App-Eintrag zu verstehen, nicht als gesicherter deutscher Marktpreis.

Für wen ist das Thermostat interessant?
Das LILJEBAGGE kommt vor allem infrage, wenn ein wassergeführter Heizkörper mit passendem Thermostatventil vorhanden ist und eine einfache Steuerung per Zeitplan oder Smart-Home-System genügt. Vor dem Kauf sollten Sie drei Punkte klären:
- Passt einer der mitgelieferten Adapter zu Ihrem Ventil?
- Haben Sie bereits einen Thread Border Router und eine Matter-App – oder möchten Sie das Gerät eigenständig bedienen?
- Welche Funktionen bietet Ihre bevorzugte Plattform für dieses Thermostat tatsächlich?
Als Alternativen nennt Frandroid Tado und Netatmo. Ein sinnvoller Vergleich sollte Ventilkompatibilität, erforderliche Hubs und Apps, Plattformfunktionen, Lieferumfang und lokale Verfügbarkeit berücksichtigen. Die hier verfügbaren Angaben erlauben keinen belastbaren aktuellen Preisvergleich und keinen direkten Produkttest.

Wie viel Heizenergie spart es?
IKEA sagt, das Gerät könne helfen, den Energieverbrauch zu senken, nennt auf der Produktseite aber keine konkrete Einsparung. Eine produktspezifische Messung oder ein belastbarer Prozentwert liegt in den ausgewerteten Angaben nicht vor. Der tatsächliche Effekt hängt unter anderem davon ab, wie die Heizung bisher geregelt wurde und welche Zeitpläne Sie einrichten.
