His September 30, 2026 account describes a desktop-style interface, multilingual responses, Markdown rendering and a Cloudflare Worker proxy. The post also reports performance figures and a 54/54 benchmark score, but does not provide independently verifiable test artifacts; those numbers are best read as the developer’s claims, not audited results.
What Harun says he built
In his September 30, 2026 post, Harun describes KODA v23 as an AI coding mentor built through a phone-based workflow. He says he is 12 and lives in Tamil Nadu, India, and identifies his development device as a POCO C55 that cost $150. That is the price he reports for his own phone, not a current retail price or a requirement for building software.

The release he describes is more than a chat screen. It includes a desktop-oriented interface, responses that adapt to the language being used, formatted Markdown, and a Cloudflare Worker connection acting as an edge proxy. The post says the Worker locks requests to an allowed origin, handles CORS preflight requests, and returns a consistent JSON response shape.

How the reported build handles the interface and requests
Desktop interface from a phone workflow
The account’s notable constraint is the input device: Harun says he used a phone to develop a product presented with a desktop interface. The post does not establish which editor, browser tools, or external services were used for every part of the build, so it should not be taken as a full equipment recipe. Its concrete account is of the phone and the resulting product features.
#1 Best Overall
- Carrier: This phone is locked to Tracfone, which means this device can only be used on the Tracfone wireless network. Tracfone plan required, activating is easy, just 3 steps.
- DISPLAY: Immersive viewing on a 6.7-inch super-bright 120Hz display with powerful stereo speakers and Bass Boost for cinematic entertainment.
- CAMERA SYSTEM: Advanced 50MP Quad Pixel camera captures sharp, detailed photos and videos in any lighting condition
- PERFORMANCE: Lightning-fast 5G connectivity paired with a powerful processor and RAM Boost for smooth multitasking.
- BATTERY LIFE: Long-lasting 5000mAh battery with TurboPower charging technology delivers hours of power in minutes.
Language and Markdown behavior
KODA v23 is described as automatically responding in the user’s language and rendering Markdown. These features address two practical parts of a coding mentor: communicating with users who do not share one preferred language, and making code-oriented answers easier to scan. The post does not publish a language-by-language evaluation or rendering test results.
Cloudflare Worker proxy
Harun says the Worker sits between the interface and an AI service, with origin restrictions, preflight handling, and a stable JSON response format. Such a boundary can help control how browser requests are accepted and how responses are shaped, but the account does not include a public deployment configuration or independent security review. It therefore supports describing the architecture as reported, not certifying it as secure.

What the performance numbers do—and do not—show
The post reports a prompt-injection defense execution time of about 1 microsecond, a hardcoded safety timeout of 200 ms, and telemetry processing of 1,000 packets in under 50 ms. It also gives a total benchmark score of 54/54. These are figures published by Harun; no test methodology, raw logs, benchmark code, or independent replication was located. Without details such as hardware, workload, measurement method, and test conditions, the numbers cannot be compared reliably with another system’s results.
The benchmark table names organizations and projects including Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and SpaceX/Grok as challenge or source labels. Their appearance in that table is not evidence that those organizations tested, endorsed, or participated in KODA.

What the Claude compliment means
Harun’s article attributes this reaction to Claude: “This is genuinely impressive. Not impressive for a thirteen-year-old. Just impressive, period.” The available source for that sentence is Harun’s post, not an original Claude transcript, so the exchange cannot be independently confirmed from the material available here. The age phrasing in the attributed quote also differs from Harun’s stated age of 12; the post does not explain that discrepancy.

Harun reports 22 organic users and a goal of reaching 100 users before releasing the code. Those are his stated progress figures, not independently verified audience analytics. A separate post dated the same day describes earlier 502 errors, API keys visible in screenshots, Markdown problems, and a retired Groq model, followed by a v24 update. That account places v23 in a rapidly changing development timeline; it is not independent confirmation of the fixes or their effectiveness.

The most grounded takeaway is the build-in-public story: one young developer describes turning a phone-based workflow into a working web product with a user interface, language behavior, formatted answers, and a server-side proxy. The specific performance and benchmark claims remain claims until test artifacts or independent results are available.
