Why the original Mate XT can cause confusion
The Mate XT 2 is a different generation from the original HUAWEI Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN. Huawei announced a global release for the original model in February 2025, which may lead readers to expect a similar rollout for its successor. That precedent does not confirm an overseas release for the Mate XT 2.

What to check if an overseas listing appears
An imported listing is not the same as an official local sale. Before buying, verify the exact model and region variant, seller, local price, warranty terms, software and services, and network compatibility. The China price of RMB 19,999 should not be treated as a confirmed price elsewhere.
