Where to watch a VCT match live
Start with the official schedule
Open valorantesports.com and select the relevant league or event in the schedule. The fixture page is the best place to confirm four details before you open a stream:
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
- the event and stage,
- the teams and match format shown for that fixture,
- the scheduled date and start time, and
- the region or league producing the broadcast.
The schedule is more reliable than a social-media post or an old search result because fixtures, start times and broadcast destinations can change. Treat the displayed time as the event’s current listing, and check it again on the viewing day.

Use the official Twitch or YouTube broadcast
From the fixture or event page, follow the broadcast link to the official VALORANT Twitch channel or the VALORANT Esports YouTube channel. Twitch is useful if you prefer a live-chat experience and its channel archive; YouTube is useful if you want a searchable video page and an easier route back to a completed match.
The official channel directory describes VALORANT Esports as “The global competitive circuit for professional VALORANT.” That directory and the event schedule are the authoritative starting points for the international circuit.
Check a regional league hub when necessary
If the global event page does not expose the right language, region or stream, open the league’s regional hub. For example, the VCT Americas hub lists live links for Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. Other regional hubs can present a different combination of destinations, so use the hub for the league in which the match is being played rather than assuming every event has the same feed.
2026 VCT calendar and what each date means
Riot’s 2026 calendar lists the following competition windows. These are event ranges, not a promise that every match starts at the same hour each day; use the individual fixture for the exact start time.
| Event | 2026 dates | How to use the dates |
|---|---|---|
| Kickoff | 15 January–15 February | Use the schedule to identify the regional fixture and its broadcast. |
| Masters Santiago | 28 February–16 March | Open the event page for the relevant series and live feed. |
| Stage 1 | 1 April–18 May | Check the regional league schedule because fixtures are organized by region. |
| Masters London | 6–21 June | Use the event listing for the current match time and official stream. |
| Stage 2 | 30 June–6 September | Regional hubs can be especially useful for language-specific broadcasts. |
| Champions Shanghai | 24 September–18 October | For a match on or near these dates, verify the fixture page because the event concludes on 18 October. |
The calendar identifies when an event is scheduled, but it does not replace the fixture listing. Knockout rounds, rest days and regional schedules mean that the match you want may occur at a different time from another match in the same event.

Exact steps for watching live
- Open the schedule. Go to valorantesports.com and choose the league or event.
- Select the fixture. Confirm the teams, stage, date and listed start time. If the page shows several matches, select the specific series rather than the event overview.
- Choose the official destination. Open the VALORANT Twitch broadcast or the VALORANT Esports YouTube broadcast provided by the event page.
- Switch to a regional hub if needed. If the global page does not show the language or feed you want, open the relevant league hub and choose its Twitch, YouTube or TikTok live option.
- Recheck shortly before start time. Keep the schedule open until the broadcast begins. A listed start is the scheduled time for the fixture, while the stream may begin with a pre-show or other event coverage.
- Confirm the match on the stream page. Check the event, teams and stage in the stream title or description before settling in. This prevents watching a neighboring series from the same tournament.
How to convert the listed start time
The schedule’s displayed time is the reference for the fixture, but your device may render it in a different local time zone. If the time looks unexpected, compare the date as well as the clock: a late-evening event in one region can appear on the following calendar day elsewhere.
- Write down the date and time exactly as shown on the fixture page.
- Identify the time zone used by the page or your browser display.
- Convert it once to your local time and note whether the date changes.
- Check the event page again on match day in case the fixture has been adjusted.
Do not infer the next match time from the previous series. A delayed or extended series can alter when the following broadcast begins, while the schedule remains the place to verify the current fixture information.
How to watch a VCT match you missed
YouTube archive
Open the official VALORANT Esports YouTube channel and use its video archive or search. Search by the event name, stage and teams, then check the video title and date against the schedule. This is usually the quickest option when you want a full-series replay that can be started from the beginning.
Search terms should be specific enough to separate the match from other games in the same event. A useful pattern is the event name plus the two team names; add the stage if several rounds used the same teams. Verify that the result is the intended series before watching because tournament channels often publish pre-match, post-match and highlight videos alongside full broadcasts.
Twitch VOD archive
Open the official VALORANT Twitch channel and its video archive. Locate the event date, then confirm the title or description identifies the same series. Twitch is the natural replay route if you watched the live broadcast there or want the original live-channel presentation.

Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Completed-match indexes
A completed-match index such as VLR.gg can provide direct YouTube and Twitch links for a particular series. This is a navigation aid, not the authority for the broadcast itself. Use the index to find a likely replay, then check that the destination is an official VALORANT feed and that the event, teams and stage match the fixture you intended to watch.
Replay workflow
- Open the event schedule and note the exact teams, event and stage.
- Search the official VALORANT Esports YouTube archive using those details.
- If YouTube does not surface the series, check the official VALORANT Twitch video archive.
- Use a completed-match listing only if you need a direct pointer to the series.
- Before pressing play, compare the replay’s title, date and teams with the schedule.
Choosing between Twitch, YouTube and a regional feed
| Viewing need | Best first choice | Reason | Important check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Watching as the match happens | Official Twitch or YouTube live page | These are the primary official destinations for the event broadcast. | Follow the link from the current fixture page. |
| Finding a match from earlier in the season | Official YouTube video archive | Its channel archive is searchable by event and teams. | Confirm that the result is a full series, not a highlight or pre-show. |
| Rewatching a broadcast originally viewed on Twitch | Official Twitch VOD archive | The channel archive keeps the live-channel version of the broadcast. | Check the event date and series title. |
| Needing a local language or regional presentation | Relevant regional league hub | Regional hubs can expose additional Twitch, YouTube or TikTok links. | Use the hub for the correct league and region. |
| Locating one completed series quickly | Completed-match index, then official VOD | An index can point directly to a YouTube or Twitch replay. | Verify the destination and match details against the official listing. |
There is no need to choose a third-party stream merely because it appears first in a search result. Official feeds reduce the risk of opening an unrelated match, an unauthorized restream or a clipped video that omits part of the series.
Global broadcast versus regional broadcast
The global event page is the right starting point for international events and for confirming the fixture. A regional hub is more useful when the match belongs to a regional league or when you need a language-specific presentation.
Use the global page when
- you are checking the official event calendar;
- you need to confirm the international event, stage or matchup;
- the page already displays the broadcast you want; or
- you are following a Masters or Champions event with a central event listing.
Use a regional hub when
- the global page does not show a stream in your preferred language;
- the fixture belongs to a regional league;
- you need an additional destination, such as the TikTok option listed by the VCT Americas hub; or
- the global broadcast link leads to a general event page rather than the regional feed.
Regional availability is not universal. The presence of Twitch, YouTube and TikTok on one hub does not establish that every league or country offers all three.

What you need to watch
VCT viewing requires an internet-connected screen and access to one of the official broadcast pages. A phone, computer or television can work; a headset or other streaming accessory is optional and does not change where the match is hosted.
- Internet connection: required for live streams and on-demand video.
- Supported screen: use whichever device can open the Twitch, YouTube or regional destination in your location.
- Correct channel: confirm that the page belongs to the official VALORANT or VALORANT Esports channel.
- Current fixture information: keep the event schedule available so you can verify the match and time.
The viewing path is account- and platform-dependent: a service may present different sign-in prompts or playback controls on different devices. Those interface details can change, so follow the current controls shown by Twitch or YouTube rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Troubleshooting common viewing problems
The schedule shows no live link
Return to the event or league page and check whether the fixture has a separate broadcast entry. If the global listing still has no destination, open the appropriate regional hub. A missing global link does not prove that the match is not being streamed; it may be listed under the regional feed.
The stream is in the wrong language
Use the regional league hub and select its language-specific Twitch or YouTube option when one is listed. Avoid assuming that a second unofficial stream is the official alternate feed; verify the channel through the league’s own hub.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →You opened the wrong match
Compare the stream title with the fixture’s event, stage and teams. Tournament channels can host several matches close together, and a search result can point to a highlight rather than the full series. Return to the schedule, copy the exact matchup details and search the archive again.
Best Value
The match is not in the archive yet
Check both official destinations. YouTube and Twitch may publish or surface the replay at different times, and archive layouts can change as new videos arrive. If neither archive shows it, use a completed-match index to locate a direct link, then verify that the link resolves to the official channel.
The date appears one day off
Recheck the time-zone conversion and the event date. A late fixture can cross midnight in your location even though it is still listed on the event’s local date. Use the fixture page’s current date and time rather than a converted time copied from an older post.
The broadcast stops or changes
Refresh the event page and reopen the current official link. If the match has moved to a regional feed, the league hub is the next place to check. Do not assume that a stalled third-party player represents the status of the official broadcast.
How to avoid spoilers when watching on replay
Use the schedule to identify the series before opening an archive, then search directly for the event and teams. Avoid browsing a channel’s newest uploads if you do not want thumbnails, titles or comments to reveal the result. Open the full-match video from the search result or a completed-match link and skip unrelated highlight uploads.
If you are using a completed-match index, read only the row or entry needed to obtain the official replay link. The index may display the winner or score because its purpose is to catalog completed matches; the official video page can also expose result information in its title or thumbnail.
Verifying that a replay is complete
A full VCT series can include an opening segment, map transitions and post-match coverage. Before relying on a video, check its title and description for the event and teams, and compare its date with the fixture. A short highlight, analyst segment or single-map upload is not the same as the complete series.
- Matchup matches the schedule.
- Event and stage are correct.
- Video is on the official VALORANT Esports YouTube channel or VALORANT Twitch channel.
- Length and description indicate a full broadcast or series rather than a clip.
- Any direct link from an index resolves to the intended official destination.
Keeping track of future VCT matches
For an upcoming match, start at the schedule instead of relying on a generic channel subscription page. Select the event, record the fixture’s date and time in your own calendar, and return to the fixture on the day of the match. This approach also works across the 2026 calendar: Kickoff runs from 15 January to 15 February, Masters Santiago from 28 February to 16 March, Stage 1 from 1 April to 18 May, Masters London from 6 to 21 June, Stage 2 from 30 June to 6 September, and Champions Shanghai from 24 September to 18 October.
Because broadcast availability is volatile, a saved link to a previous match is not a dependable shortcut for the next one. Use the current event page to obtain the live destination each time.
Quick Recap
Quick decision guide
- Is the match upcoming? Open the official schedule and follow its Twitch or YouTube broadcast link.
- Is the global link missing or in the wrong language? Open the league’s regional hub and choose the listed local destination.
- Has the match ended? Search the official YouTube archive first, then check the official Twitch VODs.
- Can’t find a specific series? Use a completed-match index as a pointer, then validate the official replay against the schedule.
- Does anything look inconsistent? Recheck event, stage, teams, date and time on the current fixture page.
