The dependable way to watch a video game showcase is to start with the organizer’s dated event page, confirm the time in your own time zone, and use the stream links listed there. Confirm that it identifies the specific broadcast you want, because a publisher can promote several presentations in the same week.

What to verify on the event page
- Date and start time: Look for a time zone label such as PDT, EDT, BST, CEST, JST, or AEST. Do not assume the time shown by a search result is already local to you.
- Program order: Some events are followed immediately by a second presentation. The Xbox Games Showcase scheduled for June 7, 2026, for example, was followed by a Gears of War: E-Day Direct.
- Official destinations: The organizer may publish separate links for YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, regional channels, Steam, Bilibili, or another service.

Convert the start time without missing the date
When an organizer gives several regional times, use the entry for your region. If your region is not listed, convert the named time zone with a reliable world-clock or calendar application. Daylight-saving changes can alter the difference between regions during the year.
- Write down the organizer’s date, clock time, and time-zone abbreviation exactly as published.
- Enter that information into your calendar or world-clock app, selecting a city in your own time zone rather than manually adding hours.
- Check whether the converted result falls on the previous or next calendar day.
- Set an alert 10 to 15 minutes before the converted start, and a second alert at the start time if the presentation matters to you.

Do not infer the duration from the start time. A showcase may be followed by another Direct, a post-show stream, or a separate replay upload.

If a stream is unavailable, return to the event page and select another link in the same official list. A blocked video may reflect regional rights or a service outage rather than a canceled show.
Check language and accessibility before the countdown

Follow announcements while the show is live
A live presentation is usually the fastest way to see trailers, but it is not always the best way to capture every detail. Keep a note of the title of each game and the moment it appears. Avoid treating a host’s verbal description as the final specification: release dates, platforms, editions, and feature lists can change or may be clarified in a written announcement.
Xbox said it would publish key announcement articles during its 2026 broadcast. Those articles are useful when you need a searchable name, an official trailer, or a precise platform statement instead of rewinding a video.
If you miss the broadcast, watch the official replay

Return to the official list and try the regional channel, another listed service, or the organizer’s social video feed. Regional availability is determined per event and per platform.
