A 24/7 streaming service: for your own channel
If you want your channel to keep broadcasting uploaded videos when you are not at your computer, you are looking for a separate creator service, not YouTube Premium. You pay that provider through its own checkout. Complete the authorization in Paytm if prompted. Before approving, read the amount, recurrence and mandate details; approving a recurring UPI mandate is different from making a one-time payment.

If Paytm is not listed
Do not assume that a Paytm wallet balance can substitute for UPI, or that you can force Paytm into the checkout. Choose another payment method shown by YouTube or Google Play, or retry later if the checkout indicates a temporary issue. The official guidance supports UPI as a payment method in India, not universal Paytm acceptance.

Check recurring billing before you approve
YouTube’s India recurring-payment guidance notes that RBI eMandate requirements can require verification or re-entry of payment details, and some banks may not support recurring payments. Follow the prompts in YouTube or Google Play, and check whether the selected plan renews, the renewal date and the mandate amount before approval. If recurring authorization fails, try a payment option offered in checkout that supports the plan, or contact the payment provider or YouTube support. Paying a separate service to keep your channel live
For a creator-facing service, choose the provider and inspect its checkout rather than assuming that YouTube’s payment options apply. Confirm that the service streams to YouTube, the plan duration, storage and quality limits, renewal or prepaid terms, tax, cancellation and refund rules. Payment availability—including Paytm UPI—must be confirmed with the provider at checkout.
