- Use search to find repeat offenders. Search for the sender in Gmail (for example, the sender’s domain) and unsubscribe from each distinct list you see.
- Don’t resubscribe accidentally. Avoid clicking reactivation links on random sites that claim to be the mailing list preference page.

- On Gmail web, click the Search bar.
- Click the Show search options (sliders icon) on the right side of the search area.
- Enter criteria like From (e.g., the sender email address) or Has the words (a unique phrase from the subject).
- Click Create filter.
- Choose an action such as:

- Open the email.
