How Electric Surge sets up the Forte sequence
Electro Rover restores Electric Surge by hitting enemies with Normal Attacks and Resonance Skill. At maximum Electric Surge, Resonance Skill Overshock becomes available. The sources do not establish a fixed number of attacks needed to fill the resource, so build it by landing attacks rather than following a universal count.

Choose what to do with enhanced Overshock
At full Electric Surge, Overshock has two different inputs. Choose based on whether the team needs the described support effect or whether you want to continue into Apex Resonance.

Use Thrum of All Sounds during Apex Resonance
While Apex Resonance is active, Thrum of All Sounds is available. Its ground and airborne inputs chain different Rover attribute skills. The chained skill determines the attribute of that portion of the damage, and the sequence also triggers Thunder Bane, which deals Electro damage. Choose the ground or airborne chain according to your situation and the attribute skill you intend to use.

Thunder Rage is the practical limit on continuing the sequence: entering Apex Resonance restores it, and Thrum of All Sounds consumes it and restores it on hit. Use the available follow-up while the resource supports it rather than assuming the sequence can continue indefinitely.
Fit Resonance Liberation into the rotation
Ultimate Tactics is Electro Rover’s Resonance Liberation and deals Electro damage. The cited skill descriptions do not make it necessary to activate Overshock or enter Apex Resonance. Use it when Resonance Energy is available and its burst fits the current damage window; no fixed timing or damage-optimal order is established across teams and encounters.

Example rotation framework
- Land Normal Attacks and Resonance Skill hits to build Electric Surge.
- Use Ultimate Tactics when ready if the current damage window makes its burst useful.
- At maximum Electric Surge, tap Overshock for the described team ATK effect, or hold it to enter Apex Resonance.
- If you entered Apex Resonance, use Thrum of All Sounds with the ground or airborne input that suits the desired chain, and continue according to available Thunder Rage.
- Before swapping away, decide whether Rover’s desired Forte action is complete.
This is a mechanics-based framework, not a tested universal damage rotation. The best Overshock choice and Liberation timing depend on team, gear, enemy situation, and execution.
What happens when you swap characters
The version 3.6 rotation guide says that swapping at 100 Concerto Energy triggers the outgoing character’s Outro Skill and the incoming character’s Intro Skill.
