YouTube provides controls for editing video and stream details, but it does not determine whether a property is sold, pending, under contract, or still available. Confirm the status for this specific home with the responsible professional or authoritative listing record, and use wording approved for public use. MLS accuracy, brokerage approval, and local advertising or disclosure requirements are outside YouTube’s guidance.

Find every stream or replay tied to the listing
Check whether the relevant video is scheduled, currently live, or an ended stream replay. Search for other videos for the same property too; an old scheduled event or replay can remain visible even after a newer listing update.

Choose whether to edit, end, or restrict the video
The right action depends on whether the stream is live or archived, whether the stale claim appears only in its metadata or also in the footage, and whether the video should remain discoverable. YouTube documents the controls; the decision about a particular listing is for the agent or brokerage.

Update several property videos together
If multiple selected videos need the same kind of correction, YouTube Studio’s bulk edit supports changes to titles, descriptions, and visibility. Select only the videos that should receive each change, then check each result: properties can have different verified statuses or approved wording. - Save the title and description changes.
- Open the public watch page and confirm the displayed wording and visibility are appropriate.
- For a live stream, verify that the broadcast is no longer communicating a misleading status; for a replay, review whether outdated spoken or on-screen claims make it unsuitable to leave public.
- Record that the update was completed and which videos were reviewed.
Verification, public-page review, and keeping a completion record are practical safeguards, not YouTube requirements.
