Is President Ozzy really free?
Yes. President Ozzy is a free-track reward; the premium costumes named in the event announcement are separate rewards. The patch notes and Discord announcement identify Rogue’s Slumber Sugah and Jeff the Land Shark’s Shark in Sheep’s Clothing as premium content. You do not need premium access to claim President Ozzy.

How much XP or what tier do I need?
The cited event announcement and guide do not give a specific XP total or numbered pass tier for President Ozzy. Progress through the free event track and use the live in-game reward display to see how far you have left; do not rely on an unverified tier or XP estimate.
Do not confuse it with Jeff’s Superstar Search
Jeff’s Superstar Search is a separate event, scheduled in the same patch notes to end October 9, 2026, at 09:00 UTC. Its listed rewards are a Spray, Title, and Nameplate; the notes do not describe it as a requirement for President Ozzy. For the Venom costume, progress Jeff’s Dream Eater.
