How to get the Mobius Squadron and Team Zvezda skins
The Deluxe Edition includes the Customizable Cosmetic Set. The publisher names two aircraft skins in that set: F-4E “MOBIUS SQUADRON” and F/A-18 C “TEAM ZVEZDA.” The Joker Flight Pack and Premium Joker Flight Pack also list the same cosmetic set.

Both named skins are designated for online multiplayer aircraft. Bandai Namco says they become available in Campaign Mode after you complete the campaign. This is a specific condition for these skins, not a general promise that online cosmetics carry over into the campaign. The guide does not specify a menu path or aircraft-selection sequence for equipping them.
What else is in the Customizable Cosmetic Set?
The set also includes the Tasha Costume Set for the multiplayer lobby and Scarlet missile-smoke customization for online multiplayer aircraft. Those items have their own described uses; they are not additional aircraft skins.

How ACE PASS unlocks online customization
ACE PASS tracks your progress in ACE COMBAT ONLINE. It has a standard track and a premium track, with new rewards added every two months, according to the publisher’s current guide. Online missions award currency and experience; experience raises your mercenary rank in the current season. Higher-rank rewards can include upgrades, consumables, aircraft customization, and avatar customization.

The premium track is an optional paid progression path, not proof that every skin requires payment. Bandai Namco describes customization among rank rewards generally; whether a particular item is on the standard or premium track, and its exact level or challenge, depends on the active reward listing.

What the Premium ACE Pass Plus voucher does
A Premium ACE Pass Plus voucher unlocks the current season’s premium track and instantly grants 30 premium levels. The Deluxe Edition and the listed collector packs include a voucher. This is a season-track boost; it should not be confused with a direct unlock for every aircraft skin.
Campaign and online progression are separate
ACE COMBAT ONLINE has its own save data and progression, separate from Campaign Mode. Online features include co-op, PvP, and PvPvE activities, as well as lobbies supporting up to 100 players. The publisher also describes cross-play and seasonal rewards, including aircraft skins, in its mode guide.

For the two edition skins described above, Campaign Mode access is explicitly tied to campaign completion. Do not assume that other items earned online will transfer to the campaign: the publisher’s description establishes separate progression and does not state a general transfer rule.
