When a banner featuring her returns, the documented way to obtain the playable 6-star Beast character is to summon on that banner. Her character story is separate content and is not documented as a way to add her to your roster.
Rhiannon’s current availability
Rhiannon is a 6-star Beast character in Reverse: 1999. She was introduced through an Anniversary Limited Banner rather than a permanent character pool. That distinction matters: once a time-limited banner closes, the character is not automatically available from the ordinary summon pages unless a later banner specifically includes her.
The most recent official schedule available for this guide was checked on 13 October 2026 and covers the global English-language service. It lists the following banners:

Because the debut banner has ended and the published schedule has no later Rhiannon banner, there is no documented summon route for her at the time covered here. A rerun is possible, but no date or inclusion announcement is confirmed.
How to get Rhiannon when she is available
The following procedure applies when an official banner actually names Rhiannon as an available or rate-up character. Do not spend resources based only on a rumor, a character-story notice, or a banner that does not list her in its details.
- Open the game’s Summon page. Check the active banners rather than relying on a social-media image or an old guide. Banner rotations are time-sensitive.
- Find the banner title that explicitly includes Rhiannon. Her debut announcement called the banner A Newly Hatched Chapter and described it as an Anniversary Limited Banner. A future banner may use a different name or format.
- Open the banner’s Details or rules panel. Confirm the eligible character pool, rate-up wording, start and end time, and the guarantee or pity rules for that specific banner.
- Check the end time in the displayed time zone. Her debut ended at 04:59 UTC−5, so a date shown without its time zone can be misleading for players elsewhere. Use the in-game timer as the final reference.
- Summon before the banner closes. Rhiannon is obtained as a playable character through the featured summon banner. The official debut announcement does not describe a quest, exchange shop, or story-completion reward that grants her.
- Keep the result and banner rules separate. If you are planning around pity or a guarantee, read the current banner’s Details page. Rules from one limited banner do not automatically apply to another.
What the debut banner actually offered
Bluepoch’s official anniversary announcement used the wording: “Anniversary Limited Banner [A Newly Hatched Chapter] opens: 6-star character [Rhiannon] (Beast) rate up!” The announcement placed the banner after the 13 August 2026 version update and set its closing time at 24 September 2026, 04:59 UTC−5.
That wording establishes three practical facts:
- Rhiannon’s debut was limited-time content, not a permanent unlock.
- She was a 6-star character of the Beast type.
- Her acquisition route was summoning on the named banner while it was active.
The banner’s closing time has passed. Starting the game today does not reopen it, and possessing her character story does not substitute for the expired summon opportunity.

Not from the official schedule currently documented. The schedule checked for this guide runs from the Everecho entry through The Future’s Foundation, ending on 5 November 2026, and neither entry features Rhiannon. Unless the in-game Summon page has changed since that schedule was published, there is no active Rhiannon rate-up to pull from.
This does not prove that she will never return. It means only that a specific rerun has not been announced in the cited official schedule. Treat claims such as “she returns next week” or “she is guaranteed in the next patch” as unconfirmed until an official announcement and the in-game banner Details agree.
When will Rhiannon rerun?
No Rhiannon rerun date is confirmed in the available official announcements. A previous limited-rerun format in May 2026 allowed players to select one past limited 6-star character from a designated group. That demonstrates that a selectable rerun format has existed; it does not establish that Rhiannon will be in a future group, nor does it provide a date for her return.

When a rerun is announced, verify these items before treating it as an opportunity to obtain her:
- Banner type: Determine whether it is a normal rate-up, a selectable past-limited banner, or another format.
- Eligible pool: Read the named character list. A past-limited format may include only a designated group.
- Exact start and end times: Record the time zone, not just the calendar dates.
- Guarantee rules: Check how the banner calculates its guarantee and whether it is independent of other banners.
- Pity carryover: Confirm in Details whether progress carries forward, resets, or is cleared when the banner ends.
Do guarantees or pity carry over?
There is no single rule you can safely apply to every future Rhiannon banner. The cited May 2026 selectable rerun announcement stated that its guarantee was calculated independently and cleared afterward. That rule belongs to that rerun format; it should not be generalized to a different banner without checking the current Details panel.
Before summoning on any future Rhiannon banner, make a short record of:
- The banner’s own guarantee threshold and what counts toward it.
- Whether the guarantee is shared with another banner running at the same time.
- Whether pity from a previous banner transfers into this one.
- Whether unused progress survives after the banner closes.
- Which characters can satisfy the guarantee.
If the game presents separate counters for separate banner types, treat them as separate until the rules explicitly say otherwise. Screenshots or explanations from the debut banner may be outdated for a rerun.
Rhiannon’s character story is not a roster unlock
Update materials mention Rhiannon’s character story separately from the limited summon banner. The store description and announcement identify the story as update content, but they do not say that reading or completing it awards the playable character.

- Story content: A narrative episode or related update feature that lets you view Rhiannon’s story material.
- Roster acquisition: The summon process that adds the playable 6-star Rhiannon to your account.
Do not assume that unlocking a story chapter, finishing its missions, or viewing all of its scenes adds Rhiannon to the roster. The documented acquisition route is the banner that features her.
How to monitor for a legitimate rerun
Because banner availability changes, use a repeatable check instead of relying on a single old article.

- Match the announcement to the game client. The client’s timer and Details rules control what you can actually summon on your account.
- Record the server region and time zone. The schedule cited here is for the global English-language service, and the debut closing time was specified as UTC−5.
- Ignore “story unlock” claims unless the official notice explicitly says a character is granted. Story availability alone is not evidence of roster acquisition.
A valid rerun notice should answer who is in the pool, when the banner opens, when it closes, and what guarantee rules apply. If one of those points is missing, wait for the in-game Details page before committing resources.

Confusing a past banner with an active one
Search results and screenshots can continue circulating after a banner ends. The A Newly Hatched Chapter banner is historical now; its 24 September 2026 closing time has passed. Always compare the publication date with the current in-game timer.
Assuming every limited character is permanently unavailable
The absence of Rhiannon from the current schedule does not establish permanent unavailability. Limited characters can receive later banner formats, but a future return must be announced. Use “not currently scheduled” rather than “never obtainable.”
Assuming a selectable rerun includes every past character
The earlier selectable format used a designated group. Selection availability is determined by that banner’s list, so a future selectable banner may or may not include Rhiannon.

Treating story progress as a summon result
The story announcement and the playable-character banner are separate pieces of content. Completing story material is not documented as a character grant.
A quick decision guide
- Rhiannon appears by name in an active banner’s Details: She is obtainable through that banner’s summon rules. Check the timer, pool, and guarantee before pulling.
- Rhiannon appears only in story or event text: That does not document a roster unlock. Look for a summon banner or an explicit character-grant statement.
- Rhiannon is absent from the Summon page and official schedule: There is no currently documented acquisition route. Save resources and monitor official updates.
- A future rerun is announced without clear pity information: Open Details in the live client and verify whether guarantee progress is independent, transferable, or cleared.
