The reported route requires demon status, level 100, and completion of a four-part trial. It is separate from Reaper Blood Demon Art, which is a different combat system.
Requirements to unlock Reaping Blades
Unofficial Slayers 2 style information lists Reaping Blades for demons at level 100 or higher. Its trainer, Harvester of Souls Zurinyz, is reported to be in a hut in Iceveil Valley; a separate trainer guide also places Zurinyz in the snow area. Because these are fan-guide directions rather than official documentation, check the live game if a patch has changed the map or requirements.

Prepare for Iceveil Valley
The style guide advises bringing cold protection. The trainer guide suggests an Emberheart Lantern or using campfire stops along the snow route. Confirm that your protection is active before making the trip.

After speaking with Zurinyz, complete the four objectives reported by the Reaper Style guide:
#1 Best Overall
- Punch demons with the power of bands created!
- The battle of Tanjiro Kamado will again unfold …
- Hand over 20 Common Fish.
- Find the Reaper Scroll. Its clue reads: “In the lake beneath the falls, on the road to the bamboo sanctuary.”
- Deal 12,000 fist M1 damage. This is a damage requirement, not a level requirement.
- Defeat Reaper Trainee Kuzan. The guide describes the trainee’s location as “A cave where small blue caps grow on the rock and snow.”
The guide reports a trial reward of 3,600 Exp and 1,620 Wen. It does not state a publication date for these figures, so treat them as guide-reported values rather than guaranteed current rewards.
Reaping Blades moves and the Kuzan drop
The style guide names Cross Reaver and Traversal Reap. It reports that Traversal Reap has a 10% drop chance from Reaper Trainee Kuzan; that chance is a fan-guide claim, not an independently verified rate.

- Take Up the Sword Once Again - Play as Tanjiro Kamado and face off against evil demons in key moments from the “Entertainment District Arc,” “Swordsmith Village Arc,” and “Hashira Training Arc” with breathtaking visuals and combat.
- The Hashira Unite - A host of new arrivals added to the roster, with over 40 playable characters to choose from including the nine Hashira, the highest rank of the Demon Slayer Corps.
- More Ways to Play - Expanded Single Player content allows you to relive the story in a brand-new way.
The reviewed style pages do not establish dependable move inputs, cooldowns, full mechanics, or mastery unlock conditions. Do not use information for Reaper Blood Demon Art as a substitute: that is a separate system, and its guide notes its detailed move information is based on a February 22, 2026 Ouw Productions showcase using a pre-release build.

What is known about Reaper combat
A combat guide updated September 19, 2026 describes Reaper as a timing-based pressure style and reports that its X-move windup was extended to 0.67 seconds. This is a limited balance note from an unofficial guide, not a complete move-by-move explanation or official patch history.

- It is the Taisho Period in Japan; Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon
- Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human and kill the demon that massacred his family
- Follow Tanjiro through the story from the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” anime as he faces demons in order to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human

The same style guide contrasts Reaping Blades with Soryu: it reports Soryu becoming available at level 62 with an 8,000 fist-damage requirement, compared with Reaping Blades at level 100 and 12,000 fist damage. It also relays community impressions that Soryu is often favored in PvP for its counter and Reaping Blades for bosses. These are player assessments, not controlled performance tests or an official ranking; the guide says compatibility with Blood Demon Arts is still being worked out.

The unlock steps and move names come mainly from unofficial fan guides, not official game documentation.
