How many endings does Hellraiser: Revival have?

It is safest to call these the two reported endings, not to claim that two is an officially confirmed exhaustive count. What happens before the final choice?
By the time Aidan reaches the last decision, Sunny has already accepted Pinhead’s invitation. That event is not undone by anything Aidan selects afterward. The finale instead asks Aidan to decide what happens to him.

The PlayStation Store describes Aidan’s broader objective as using the Genesis Configuration to help Sunny escape the Labyrinth. The ending choice comes after that central conflict has reached its decisive point. Because Sunny’s acceptance has already occurred, replaying the choice changes Aidan’s destination while leaving the established premise of Sunny’s decision intact.

Choosing to stay does not reverse Sunny’s earlier acceptance of Pinhead’s offer. The available guide describes Sunny’s decision as already complete before Aidan chooses, so this route should not be read as a rescue of Sunny or a reset of the preceding events.
Ending 2: Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites

Aidan’s selection follows Sunny’s acceptance of Pinhead’s invitation. Selecting this option joins Aidan to the path Sunny has already chosen; it does not represent a second decision in which Sunny is newly persuaded or released. The practical distinction between the two reported endings is Aidan’s own destination: human life or the new eternity with Sunny and the Cenobites.
Can you see both endings without replaying the whole game?
According to the independent ending guide, yes. After completing one ending, return to the main menu and select Continue. The guide reports that this loads the latest autosave at the final decision sequence rather than sending you back through the entire campaign.

The reported method depends on the game retaining the latest autosave from the final sequence. If Continue instead opens an earlier checkpoint, first verify that the original ending completed and that you returned to the menu normally. Avoid starting a new game before testing Continue, because doing so may replace the checkpoint you are trying to use. The available sources do not document a separate chapter-select or manual-save procedure for revisiting the decision.

The FAQ confirms physical PS5 and Xbox Series X|S discs, Nintendo Switch 2 game key card editions, and a planned October 30, 2026 date for physical Nintendo Switch 2 retail versions.
Those edition details do not change the ending requirements. The reported branches are tied to the same final choice regardless of the listed platform. If you are following the Continue method, the important factor is whether your version has retained the final autosave described by the independent guide; the official FAQ does not promise that behavior for a particular platform.
