To uninstall YouTube TV, open Home > Apps > Downloaded App, highlight YouTube TV, press and hold Select on your remote, choose Delete, and confirm. If your TV shows a different Apps menu, try the alternate App Settings route below.
Delete YouTube TV from the Apps menu
- Press the Home button on your Samsung TV remote.
- Open Apps and go to Downloaded App.
- Highlight YouTube TV, then press and hold Select on the remote.
- Choose Delete and confirm when prompted.

Try the App Settings route if your menu differs
On some software versions, open Apps > App Settings, select YouTube TV, and choose Delete. The exact wording and layout may vary on your TV. Samsung’s app management guide

If Delete is missing or disabled
Samsung says some apps cannot be deleted, including pre-installed default apps. If YouTube TV has no active Delete option, the available support guidance does not establish a universal workaround; whether deletion is possible depends on the TV’s model and software. Samsung also notes that uninstalling an app removes its associated data.

Uninstalling is different from removing an app from Home
Removing YouTube TV from the Home screen only removes its entry there; it stays installed on the TV. Choose Delete in the Apps management menu to uninstall the app. Samsung explains the distinction in its app removal guidance.
