What scheduled price tracking does
A website-monitoring tool checks a page or a selected part of it on a schedule, compares each capture with an earlier one, and can alert you when its chosen change condition is met. For permitted sites, the usual setup is a product-page URL, a full-page or selected-region capture, a change condition, a checking frequency, and an alert channel. Visualping documents this general workflow and describes price and availability tracking as use cases; that does not establish Shopsy compatibility.

Visualping’s February 17, 2026 how-to article says its free-plan checks are hourly and paid-plan checks can be as frequent as every two minutes. Those are vendor-published, date-sensitive plan details, not guarantees of current plan availability, Shopsy access, or successful price detection. The same article reports that price tracking was identified by 40% of a self-reported sample of more than 33,000 Visualping users; this is not a statistic about Shopsy shoppers.
Check Shopsy’s terms before setting up a capture
The located Shopsy seller-platform Terms of Use identify Flipkart Internet Private Limited as the operator. They prohibit using a “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider”, automatic device, program, algorithm, methodology, or similar manual process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor platform content through means not purposely made available through the platform.

This is the wording of the seller-platform terms page; it should not be stretched into a broader legal conclusion. The practical point is to use only a method Shopsy purposely makes available, and to review applicable terms before automating access. The available information does not establish a Shopsy-approved third-party price-capture integration.
General workflow for a site that permits monitoring
For a product page on a site where scheduled monitoring is allowed, Visualping’s documented process provides a useful general example. It is not a Shopsy-specific recipe.

- Enter the product-page URL. Use the public page address for the item you want to watch.
- Choose what to capture. Select the full page or a region containing the displayed price. A smaller region can reduce alerts caused by unrelated page changes.
- Set a change condition and schedule. Choose what kind of change should trigger attention and how often the tool should check, subject to the service’s available plan and the site’s terms.
- Choose an alert channel. Select how you want to be notified, then review the before-and-after captures when an alert arrives to confirm that the displayed price actually changed.
Price displays can be affected by page changes unrelated to the item’s price. A notification is a prompt to inspect the captured page, not proof that a sale price or final checkout price changed.
Shopsy’s app and page experience may change
Flipkart announced a redesigned Shopsy app on May 25, 2026, describing product pages featuring immersive visuals, customer photos, and autoplay video. That announcement does not describe a price-tracking API or an authorized capture feature. Page design changes can also affect whether a generic visual monitor can identify a price region consistently.

What this means if you specifically need Shopsy price alerts
