Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Open Quests from the Fortnite lobby to see objectives for the experience you chose. Complete an objective by playing that experience; ordinary quest rewards are associated with completion, so you should not expect a separate claim button for every quest. Pass rewards work differently: claim them from the relevant pass after they unlock, or use its auto-claim option.
Find and track quests in Fortnite
- Launch Fortnite and choose an experience. Quests can differ between experiences, so check the list for the one you plan to play.
- Open Quests from the lobby. Review the available objectives and their requirements. Epic Games Player Support identifies the lobby’s Quests area as the place to view quests: How to complete Fortnite quests.
- Play the applicable experience and complete the objective. Quest rewards are usually XP, level-ups, or cosmetic items, according to Epic’s support page. Menu labels and available quests can vary by experience and may change with Fortnite updates.
Check whether a Quest Pack goal counts toward V-Bucks
Quest Pack progress has its own rules. Select Quests, choose the pack, and check how many Global Daily Bonus Goals are needed for each stage. Use Daily or Daily Quests to inspect goal progress.

- A V-Bucks icon on the pack indicates that it grants V-Bucks directly. A book-and-V-Bucks icon indicates that quests are required.
- Epic Games Player Support says only three Global Daily Bonus Goals per day count toward Quest Pack progress; extra Daily Quests do not count for that pack. For most Quest Packs, three such goals per day are required.
- Those goals can be completed in any Fortnite experience. Check the specific pack’s terms for its requirements. See Epic’s Quest Packs help page.
Claim rewards from a Fortnite pass
Pass rewards are separate from ordinary quest rewards. Open Passes, select the relevant pass, and claim rewards as they unlock. Epic says rewards can be claimed in any order, or you can turn on that pass’s auto-claim option. The Battle Pass, OG Pass, LEGO Pass, and Music Pass progress simultaneously from XP earned in any Fortnite experience, according to Epic’s pass progress support page.
Some Battle Pass rewards have additional prerequisites, such as reaching a required level and claiming earlier rewards. Check the reward’s requirements in the pass before looking for a claim option; Epic explains these conditions in What is the Battle Pass? Where can I learn more?.
